The Male Female sex ratio is a clear indication status of Women and Girls in North India.
Can a Woman travel or walk alone on a street in Delhi or Chandigardh after 7?? No she cant. Can she do that in Mumbai or Bangalore..ofcourse Yes.
The disrespect for Girls and Women runs deep in the DNA of North Indians. Dowrey and bride burning are as common as road accidents.
If the male female sex ratios of Punjab Hariyana Delhi, Chandigardh and Western U.P are in the range of 600 females for 1000 males, it is the problem of those particular states and the social ,cultural and moral standards they have developed for themselves. These areas are the richest in India so nothing to do with povertey.
By the way the sex ratio in these states has dropped after India's independence and post partition. So whatever is the responsibility is incurred lies wholey and solely at the people of these states. It speaks in volumes of the moral chacaracters and the mindsets of the people in these states.
Infact sky high dowrey amounts are also a catalyst for currouption, as fathers of girls have to make provisions for dowrey ammounts in lacs and crores, and all of that cant come from legal sources of money.
Lastly it all lies in the backword and feudal mindset of North Indians that is responsible for this genocide and infecticide.
And yes this time this is indeed a North and South thing. These things do not take place in the South and Maharastra.

The north Indian mindset is deeply inflicted by muslim rurlers.
And, those who deteriorate this ratio should be charged heavy tax because such people enjoy the privilege of having more sons than daughters.
I have included only citizens with annual income more than Rs 1 lakh as it will be difficult to implement the tax/reward rule for poor class people. But poor people also kill their newly born/unborn daughters with the help of "daai" (untrained professional poor class woman who provides nursing help during the baby-birth to poor class women who can't afford to seek the help of doctors/hospitals) or so many other cruel and inhuman methods. The society has to find mechanism to stop this practice as unbalance in sex-ratio is also contributed by the poor class people who (like richer people) also try their best to avoid female child and prefer sons.
(...continued from prev post) Note: 7. Tax/Reward percentage (5% suggested above) may be increased if necessary. 8. Other suitable modification may be done to the above formula and law should be made to implement this all over the country.
With this formula, if a person has equal number sons and daughters then he/she need not pay any male child tax or will not receive any female child reward. People having only sons or more sons than daughters are privileged, while in the opposite case (i.e. having only daughters or more daughters than sons) parents are effectively sufferers. Son or daughter are naturally born and one can't decide the sex of the foetus (although can abort undesired one). But we can make laws so that naturally privileged people should be forced to pay more tax. Fund so generated should be spent to give relief to those who are not/less privileged due to only/more female children, but have done great service to the society by providing daughters. Parents will use the reward in the protection, education and marriage of daughters. This might develop the feeling to consider a daughter as Lakshmi rather than a problem (wealth producer in contrast to a son who will effectively become a tax multiplier).
So, law should be framed so as to reward those parents who contribute (by having more daughters than sons) to balancing the female-male ratio. And, those who deteriorate this ratio should be charged heavy tax because such people enjoy the privilege of having more
2. Higher of the income of the wife and husband should be considered for male child tax or female child reward. 2. In order to discourage unbounded population, Female child reward should be limited up to two daughters only i.e. 10% max. It is observed in the society that even well educated person earning very good income does not properly nurture his daughters if he has too many (more than two or three) daughters--so this must be discouraged. 3. Only the son/daughter born of the parents should be considered for the above tax /reward. Adopted son/daughter should not be considered as by adopting a female child one does not actually contribute to improvement of female-male ratio as the credit here goes to the real parents of the adopted child. 4. Every year every citizen earning Rs 1 lakh or more must give an affidavit and a certificate from the local authorities and his/her employer regarding his gross annual income and number of existing sons and daughters he/she has. Huge penalty (50 times the actual tax stolen) and other punishment should be imposed to those who try to give false/distorted/incomplete/concealed information in the affidavit. 5. Calculation should be on the basis of existing number of surviving sons/daughters. If some child of a parent dies, then that child will not be considered in calculation of the current financial year’s tax/reward. 6. Citizens with annual income more than 1 lakh should be considered for the above
...continued from prev post (writing mail for male is regretted)
Example-2: Net Female child reward to be paid to B = Female child reward - Mail child tax = 15000 – 7500 = Rs 7500/- for that year.
Example-3: C’s gross annual income is Rs 5 lakh. He has only two sons and no daughter. Mail child tax due to 2 sons = 2 x 5 % of 5 lakhs = Rs 50000/-. Female child reward due to 2 daughters = zero (due to not having any daughter) Here Mail child tax is greater than Female child reward, hence Net Male child tax payable by C = Mail child tax - Female child reward = 50000 – 0 = Rs 50,000/- for that year.
Example-4: D’s gross annual income is Rs 3 lakh. He has only 2 sons and 1 daughter. Mail child tax due to 2 sons = 2 x 5 % of 3 lakhs = Rs 30000/-. Female child reward due to 1 daughter = 1 x 5 % of 3 lakhs = Rs 15000/-. Here Mail child tax is greater than Female child reward, hence Net Male child tax payable by D = Mail child tax - Female child reward = 30000 – 15000 = Rs 15,000/- for that year.
So, I is the gross annual income from all sources, M is the number of sons and F is the number of daughters a citizen has got then, Male child tax paid by a citizen = [I x (M-F) x 5] /100, if (M-F) is positive, otherwise zero. Female child reward to be paid to the citizen = [I x (F-M) x 5] /100, if (F-M) is positive, otherwise zero.
Note:
1. Male child tax should be charged to citizen and female child reward should be given to the citizen throughout the life of the citizen.
My aim of writing all this is to suggest an effective mechanism so that abortion of the female foetus should be discouraged in a natural manner. Every person (both men and women) having gross annual income Rs 1 lakh or more should be charged 5% male-child tax on his/her gross annual income from all sources throughout his/her life for each male child he has. If a person has two sons, then he must pay 10% male-child tax, for three sons 15% tax of his total annual income, and so on. For every female child 5% of his total annual income should be rewarded (negative tax) to him. Reward will be payable to the person by the income tax dept of India. Fund for reward will be generated by mail child tax. Govt will never have to arrange extra fund for this due to smaller sex ratio of females.
Example-1: A’s gross annual income is Rs 2 lakh. He has one son and one daughter. Mail child tax due to 1 son = 1 x 5 % of 2 lakhs = Rs 10000/-. Female child reward due to 1 daughter = 1 x 5 % of 2 lakhs = Rs 10000/-. Here Mail child tax and Female child reward are equal.
Hence, Mail child tax payable by A = Zero. Female child reward to be paid to A = Zero.
Example-2: B’s gross annual income is Rs 1.5 lakh. He has one son and two daughters. Mail child tax due to 1 son = 1 x 5 % of 1.5 lakhs = Rs 7500/-. Female child reward due to 2 daughters = 2 x 5 % of 1.5 lakhs = Rs 15000/-. Here Female child reward is greater than Mail child tax, hence Net Female child reward to be paid to
