Yup thats sums up for development of UP under SP or Maya. Only growth- in population, illitracy, infant mortality, installation of idols and memorials for people alive, crime rate and black money... We need such a growth right... I am sure it exceeds 8% - 9%.
I don't know why do people think that Muslims are against the N-Deal. Though Muslims hate US for their anti-Muslim agenda, we have muslims working for US companies, we have muslims working for companies that do business with US.

Muslims are not anti Nuclear deal with US. They are actually anti-BJP. So, Muslims would go with this deal.

no. This is politics of fear. Just by saying that a group of people is against something, everyone in the group is scared to go against the group. these politicians like mayawati, Mulayam and congress hindutva hardliners have same tactic. scare the people and get the votes. mayawati scares the dalits, mulayam and congress scares muslims and bjp scares hindus. the poorest is bjp which has 80% of population to scare but fails miserably to do its job of scaring us
We don't need a jhahil gawar as our PM. Look what that dud- deve gowda did for the country's image... From the past two decades there have been many PM's - only Narasimha Rao and A B Vajpayee were really worth it. The list of worst ever PM's would be: 1. Deve Gowda 2. Chadrashekar. 3. V.P Singh. 4. Manmohan Singh. These regional parties are supporting someone worthless just for their materialistic gains. Its pathetic to see this woman turning out to be so oppurtunistic-she's leaving Sonia also behind in her oppurtunism. Truly said she is the Rakhi Sawant of Indian Politics. Bold and Ugly and probably the most dis-illusioned.

She consolidated dalits, without creating riots or inciting people to create one.
If Advani tried consolidating Hindus with him, then Mayawati consolidated dalits.

Tamil Nadu saw it many years ago.
So did Bihar and UP. Punjab is almost middle of it.
