Just by saying that a group of people is against something, everyone in the group is scared to go against the group. these politicians like mayawati, Mulayam and congress hindutva hardliners have same tactic. scare the people and get the votes. mayawati scares the dalits, mulayam and congress scares muslims and bjp scares hindus. the poorest is bjp which has 80% of population to scare but fails miserably to do its job of scaring us
