Indecisive Mamata'di
by Nandan Kumar Dey on Jul 21, 2008 05:00 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Our Didi speaks the same language as our Left parties (anti-congress). She also tows the same line of politics as the Left did (anti-industrialisation). Just to stand aloof from the turmoil and watch others and having nothing much to do on her won will never lead her to either the people or to her own political aspirations. There is very common saying in Bengali that "Du nouko te paa dawa jaina" (you cannot put your feet on two boats at the same time)... but she always manages to do it. She did such a mistake earlier once when she heeded to Pranab Mukherjee's advice and resigned out of the Railway Minister's position and subsequently lost what ever good work she had done. Even now if she feels that this Congress government has not done much for the poor then there is no harm in casting her vote against the confidence motion rather than abstaining. After all she can go back to people in Bengal and say that it was the Left who supported this anti poor government and just before the Elections they acted as opportunists. As regards to Soumen'da is concerned, he himself is a local leader and could never establish himself (beyond some parts of Kolkata) and i fear cannot do much even if he has floated his own party.

The amount we hate these Chinese (Communists) much more than that we respect Mamata Banerjee but she should come in the active politics because days are gone the way she does it. She should follow Subhash Chandra Bose path not the Chinese politics.

Secular colour of congress.
by James Bond on Jul 21, 2008 04:54 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Sahadevan,

They were against Quit India then why the hell congress took their support. If they support Congress, they are secular, if they withdraw support they are anti-national. Congress is secular despite hundred of riots, 1984 massacre etc.

My one liner for congressi, those who live in glass houses should not throw stones on others. This greed of taking credit for everything and no answerability for Kashmir, Arunachal, 1984 sikh riots, opening gates of ram mandir. allowing Qutrochi to flee with tax payers money and then give and take with muslims on shah bano case. mamta is right.

U knw James, shoting at the top of ur voice doesnt converts a lie in to truth.. As for ur allegations, Sikh Riots in 1984 was a result of Golden Temple issue.. Indira Gandhi had taken a bold decision n unfortunately she had to pay for her price.. As for Jammu Kashmir n Arunachal Pradesh issues, it was more the fault of International fraternity n not the Indian Government.. For the rest of the allegations, I dont need to explain thm as they r kind of allegations whose worth was nvr proved..

Sikh Riots - Blame Golden Tample
Kashmir - Blame International Community
Arunachal - Again International Community
Any other riot - Blame the local people
But if itz Gujarat - it's only BJP & BJP - Nobody else .. right?

On 19th July DPCC(Delhi congress committe) organized a seminar to educate party's MLAs on Nuclear deal. Surprisingly, after the seminar, noneof the member had any knowledge about CTBT, NPT. One MLA did not know the meaning of words like Congress, treaty etc.

Even Sonia speaks from the top of platform everywhere. If she is such a great leader, has she ever spoken on televison on important issues. Let her debate with Sushma Swaraj on issues of national importance.

How Indira Gandhi used to fool poor Rajasthani. She use to apply french perfumes and poor villagers use to say she smells very good because she is a pious soul. This propoganda of smell was mystery for poor villagers of rajasthan.

100 % TRUE PATRIOTISM FROM MAMATA BANERJEE
by sandugi srinivas on Jul 21, 2008 04:49 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Yes, It is really high time to think and find solution for the Ruling Government "When the prices of essential commodities are going through the roof, the government should have focused on curbing inflation rather than stirring up the controversy over the nuclear deal. Now is not the time to discuss if the nuclear deal is to be signed or not, now is the time to stand by the poor people of India who are struggling to meet both ends meet," the Trinamool Congress leader said.

Really it is true to think about common peoples needs, people are dying without food, shelter, instead govt, is thinking about hi-fi issues, for which our country is a longway to go.

I REQUEST ALL OUR COUNTRY MEN TO AGREE AND SUPPORT THIS.

Regards,

They were against "Quit India"
They did not accepted India's Independent till 1950.
They supported China during Indo-China War.
They were against computer literacy.

... and they oppose anything that is good for the country.

A group of members who never works and won't allow to work others.

A group of people only knows how to create problem and then call for harthal/bandh.

A group of criminals.

Their ideology- to make people more poor and poor to get the vote
