I am very happy to see Dr.Dinesh Talwar,Retina surgeon, my teacher in AIIMS getting relief from the uncovered facts related to his slain niece.I was very confident that Dr.Rajesh Talwar cannot commit this crime simply because he is a brother of this gentlest soul.We used to respect him (dr.Dinesh Talwar)as a perfect gentleman,competent clinician and kind affectionate person.I pray God to give his family the peace inshaallah

This is the most shameful case in the history of independent India! A respectable doctor couple, not only had to bear the pain of the murder of their only daughter, but also had to bear the torture and ignominy at the hands of the uncouth and inefficient police of UP and the equally inefficient CBI. It was the height of injustice that not only were the parents subjected to narco-analysis and kept in prison for 50 days, but all kinds of misleading stories about the family were given out to the Media. It was obvious right from that time that some powerful mafia was involved in the murder of the girl and the servant, and they used the police to also slander the family's reputation. Though the state cannot compensate the couple enough by bringing back their dead child, the state CM should atleast apologise to the hapless parents, and also help the parents set up a hospital in Aarushi's name and name a block there after Hemraj.

Govt should make it official that media should not be able to fabricate any stories without any evidence. In case media writes anything, they should be liable for every word that they write or produce. Moreover media should take more responsibility, more than just making money.

nobody will ever believe talwar, because of the initial few evidences. its not a media fabrication - but simply facts which the cops put forth. not the accusations. its looks like a coverup.
Why would CBI want to coverup? After all he is just a dental surgeon. He is not a Ambani or Prime minister for CBI to do coverup.
When this has become such a big news any investigators would go by truth as their investigation has to stand hold to the independent investigation of their higher officers.
He is just a dental surgeon. You can't buy CBI for few crores.

Initial investigation was just interrogation with various people. It was not that authentic to build a case. UP police immaturely told a story which caught fire in the media and people started believing that story. The UP police could not have withstood this case in the court even for a single day. You should have evidence to back your case. CBI has all scientific evidence to back their case. On seeing those evidences the court has granted for talwars release. once scientifically proved, educates like you should try to accept and understand.

simple facts raj? pray what were those simple facts the cops put out? me talwar and mrs durrani having an affair? and how did they know about this "fact"? coz krishna, the disgrunted compundr of dr talwar told them so? so that becomes a cognisible fact to be used for arresting a reputed respectable person and publicly airing a slander based on hear say? and the "facts" about wild orgies? what were the basis for treating them as facts?

as per NOIDA police , Dr Talwar had confessed kiling his daughter . The same officials who screwd up the investigations so badly would have a free run without any accountability of the sufferings by the victim;s family . It is a shame how investigations are run in this country . Anybody who can be framed and tortured to obtain confessional statements without an iota of evidence .

Raj, CBI is not so dumb. They are lot more intellegient than any state police. They have experience to back them up in these cases. They would have interrogated UP police before taking up this case. They could have easily smelled if there is a coverup. they dont hesitate to put police officers under lie-detector or nacro.
Even though Talwar are doctors - its pratically impossible to buy police & CBI to make the case onesided. during lie-detector test CBI would have asked questions relating to bribing police or trampling evidence. But talwar went thru the lie-detector test positively.

It isn't really about evidence when it comes to people like Raj. They believe what they want to believe. In his type of society, adultry and promiscuity must be rampant, which makes him think others are also the same way. You probably belong to a society where people and conscientious and follow morality and so you think that Aarushi and Dr. Talwar were ordinary and good people like you.
Actually it is a triple murder-besides Aarushi and Hemraj, there has been one more victim- truth!
There are several questions that remain unanswered.
It is unimaginable that the servant and his friends from outside have had a free run in the Talwar House as if they owned the place, yet Rajesh Talwar or his wife did not hear a thing!
How could Hemraj and his friends be so relaxed as to consume alcohol in the living room without a care in the world even as Rajesh and his wifer were aleeping in the next room??
What happened to the information stored in Aarushi's computer hard disc?
Who floated that theory that there was something more to the relationship between Aarushi and Hemraj?

chief b4 u run off with half baked theories get the facts straight: * its a big house , multifloored. * there ws alternative entry avoiding the main door for servants and cleaners. * bedrooms were locked from inside with AC machines running at full noise in peak summer. * they were boozing in hemraj's room on another floor. obviously the sensation mongering media , trying to lynch the talwars didnt highlight these facts!?
