as per NOIDA police , Dr Talwar had confessed kiling his daughter . The same officials who screwd up the investigations so badly would have a free run without any accountability of the sufferings by the victim;s family . It is a shame how investigations are run in this country . Anybody who can be framed and tortured to obtain confessional statements without an iota of evidence .
