What a waste they should have taken a few bombs from the army and committed suicide inside the encroachers house.
This is very poor on rediff's part. Unlike some other websites and channels, rediff has always supported BJP and has always seen to it that the articles and views and comments encourage BJP. Thats why ppl like me use rediff. This we always considered as a truly BJP website and forum!
Now this is a big let down. Don't get attracted by truth, neutrality ,. debate and all!
We all have always supported rediff thru our comments and patronage and now this is a big let down here! Atleast remember that. You can't one fine day act like a third umpire!

True!
Actually if you see this guy(?)'s other posts on this site you will get the impression that he really is the so called '5ecular' party person - does lot of 8JP bashing and talks in favor of madam!!!
Pkl. D. Goel.Morning 8.50am,July 11, 2008. the misgivings that Democratic Congress members have so clearly expressesd in the aforesaid appraisal of Bush & ManmohanSingh Nuclear cooperation , turns on the guarantees that these NPT enthusiasts and denuclearization of the sub-continent wish imposed completely on all reactors irrespective of some already fixed for Indian strategic security. US State cannot accept any possibility of Indian nuclear programme to continue in anyway. The Basic objection of many Democratic party legislators is against their failure to control Indian nuclear blast in 1998.Now, they want to thin it down as much as they can.D. Goel
Very very impressed to see rediff (and NDTV like media) taking a lot of trouble to 'educate' us about how this 'deal' is the most useful thing happened to us Indians till date!
Thank you media for 'feeding' us that this deal is good for us and the madam and others are our gods!
This article is a certificate that the N Deal is useful for India. I am not a nuclear expert neither a political analyst but since it is opposed by one of the harsh opponent, hence its logical that the Deal is in favour of India. Thanks to Bush & Manmohan.

I think 123 agreement is open for public you can search on google and find it. They cannot publish the IAEA agreement which is still under discussion and might have something confidential which needs to be kept away from the enemies.

123 agreement is already available on ministry of foreign affairs website .. and iaea agreement is not available yet coz its not been finalised by IAEA as yet .. only draft document si prepared yet and has been distributed to member nations for studying the same. Rahul keep your assumptions with yourself. thumbs up to government on this one :)
After reading the text, the big hypocrytic cry made by Left , is becomig useless. Let karat, Advani & others tell what is preenting India.
Hats off to Manmohan, Karodakar, M.K.Narayan and the team to make the deal who negotiated with US without stammering and trembling.
India's time is coming...
SO now I understood why China & PAk are so much wary abt the deal.. Alo Left & BJP And some so called intellectuals, and english media nad trying to mix religion with policies

All that you care about is your south India so stop talking about the nation.
As one goes through the text of the India specific draft agreement, which the country will submit to IAEA, there is absolutely nothing that would stand in the way, either by way of restriction or limiting the country’s sovereignty in clinching the deal.
Now, India will have unlimited freedom to acquire nuclear fuel from the NSG for the existing reactors and new ones that are to come up in the country. There is a clear demarcation placed by India, to keep about half-a-dozen indigenously built reactors from the purview of IAEA. They would be fuelled by indigenous technology; most of them are fast breeder reactors, producing plutonium for our legitimate defence production.
The heartening part of the agreement is that India is recognised as nuclear state, with a freedom to explode a device whenever necessary. The agreement gives the country the freedom to approach any country, in the list of (NSG) Nuclear Suppliers Group; this paves the way for more flexibility and freedom in acquiring nuclear fuel.
Therefore, there is no reason for the Left or BJP to sulk, with regard to the Indo-US civilian nuclear deal.

- Kudos to brilliant Indian negotiators for bringing us such a wonderful negotiation in India's favour.
Thanks to our Professional Prime Minister and his team.
It shows why the Prime Minister and his team were so upbeat.
They went very professional about the negotiation and achieved a dream come true result. They showed professional maturity about it.
Even Sh Bajpayee had agreed thet this nuclear deal was good for India. But Advani & Co even shut Bajpaee up. After the initial statement in favour of the deal, he has kept his mouth shut till date.
How unfortunate!
BJP only knows the street politics.
I am sure they do not have the maturity and aristocracy to manage things at the highest level.
It is said, by all American negotiators and people who were close to NDA, that NDA's negotiation and achievement was not even 40% level of what Prime Minister Singh and his team has achieved.
I don't mind using harsh words for spineless Bajpayee who could not stand for his country.
It is for the Congress to point out that we can also make bombs as commented by Mr.Ed Markey and get the votes to go ahead till 2009. But why was it not told to the public all these days is a question which Indian congressmen will have to answer.Silence has created a strain on the economy and waste of time which could have been used for upliftment of the country. Congress is responsible for all this unclear silence. They should have told in the beginning only that we can manufacture bombs even after the deal.

I am really sad to even read your thoughts. Do you think there will be ever a scenario wen a country will use nuclear bomb on another. The day someone does that, the entire world will be after that country.
You are so stupid, you think India need another nuclear test to create bombs. A test in itself is a bomb. And tests are needed to vreaye peacefull use of nuclear energy and not to create bombs you dumbo.
And yes congress will say things in open which might make i difficult to clear the deal in US.
