by D goel on Jul 11, 2008 09:08 AM

Pkl. D. Goel.Morning 8.50am,July 11, 2008.
the misgivings that Democratic Congress members have so clearly expressesd in the aforesaid appraisal of Bush & ManmohanSingh Nuclear cooperation , turns on the guarantees that these NPT enthusiasts and denuclearization of the sub-continent wish imposed completely on all reactors irrespective of some already fixed for Indian strategic security.
US State cannot accept any possibility of Indian nuclear programme to continue in anyway. The Basic objection of many Democratic party legislators is against their failure to control Indian nuclear blast in 1998.Now, they want to thin it down as much as they can.D. Goel
