POST MORTEM REPORT WAS FUDGED
by yeda on Jul 11, 2008 08:36 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

WHY WERE THE TALWARS IN SUCH A HURRY TO CREMATE THE BODY ? REMEMBER THE MURDER OF BRITISH GIRL SCARLLETT IN GOA,THE MOTHER DIDN'T BURY THE BODY UNTIL SHE GOT 2-3 POST MORTEMS DONE BY DIFFERENT AGENCIES,SHE EVEN GOT A POST MORTEM DONE IN THE UK.IF SOMEONE FROM YOUR FAMILY WAS MURDERED IN MYSTERIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES WOULDN'T YOU DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO TRY AND FIND OUT THE CULPRIT JUST LIKE THE GOA CASE ?
REMEMBER THIS IS THE SAME CBI OFFICER WHO INVESTIGATED THE RIZWAN DEATH CASE AND DECLARED IT TO BE A CASE OF SUICIDE.
THE MEDIA IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SCREWING UP THE CASE.THEIR INTENTIONS WERE PROBABLY NOBLE BUT THEY FUCKEDIT UP WITH 3RD RATE JOURNALISM

agree with u completely on media Fu**ing up the "STORY". From proactive journalism these guys are turning into self declared invesigating officers, judges and guardians of law.
The govt. has to curb this monster, else the Only way to stop them is to switch off - as theit rps drop they would realise the importance of content in any story than just being sensational

RE:CBI

Krishna was the main source of false information to Noida Police. They were keeping him as their prized witness. Noida police said this , they said that 'many' of the servants of Talwars were talking about their 'secrets'.

You were amongst most strong believers of the guilt of the parents. I dont know if media will really apologise because they make money either way, when they falseify the facts and when they rehash them. What about the common citizens who read too much with out much basis?

Arushi murder
by ramani-mumbai on Jul 11, 2008 08:10 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Arushi is dead so is Hemraj.Nobody knows who killed them.Maybe the Talwars do not want to have the killer punished. So why shd the nation care?It is the Talwars' who shd be making noise but I find it is the public making noise.

The case has to be closed so it is best to give it to the CBI.They have the knack.

The Talwars were at home ,3 or 4 drank inside the house, killed 2 and walk away and none knows by the main door or back door.

Let us drop the case as the affected are not interested. Two more unsolved murders are not hurting the image of the police/cBI anyway.

There is another case the murder of 6 year old beauty queenn Joy Bennet Ramsey in USA (Denver).
She was murdered 12 years back and her parents were suspected.Just a few days back the police cleared them based on an unknown person's DNA found now.Their family was after the case.

May the 2 souls rest in peace.

Great..I was expecting some crusader for the poor to post this message...Keep up the good work...

Bottomline Rich is always wrong, Poor are always right...Rich gets away because he bribed...Poor gets caught because he didn't..Wonderful logic let the facts go to dogs..

how can u say that dr talwar escaped because he bribed CBI. This shows the level of distrust about country's top inv agency... are we a banana republic, guys how can u suggest that a joint dir of CBI along with his team can be bought by a Noida base dentist. Grow up, stop watching 11.30 shows on aaj tak kinda channels.
This way you will never trust any entity in life. RESPECT THEM AS U WOULD HAVE RESPECTED FBI OR SCOTLAND YARD.

Bail for Dr. Talwar
by anant gupta on Jul 11, 2008 07:59 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Why should Dr. Talwar be released on bail?

After all, no evidence was found by CBI after keeping him in custody for over 45 days.

So, CBI should say sorry to him and release him without any requirement of bail.

As far as we understand, bail is granted to someone who is unders suspicion.

He should be released 'ba-Izzat'

Indian law is crazy!!!!

aree bhai you don't know,Mr Talwar was the dentist of NDTV owner Prannoy Roy.
NDTV is a 3rd rate biased channel. When Jessica Lal was murdered NDTV had taken upon themselves to bring the culprit to justice. It's a shame they didnt show that much zeal and enthusiasm in trying to crack this case

Yeda yead yead,

its looks like u to spread ur rubbish.
In ur opinion,NDTV is a 3rd rate biased channel
because it took strieved hard to bring culprits of Jessica Lal to justice & not doing enough in Arushi case like it ND Tv sole duty .
Hello,u must be the most cynical person around.

ND Tv did an amazing job in Jessica Lal murder case by highlighting that turning it to movement. Its also doing its job in Arushi murder case quite well.
But what about u??
When u gonna start doing something useful beside craping this msg board.

soft targets of sensationalism
by Sandeep Mukherjee on Jul 11, 2008 07:54 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

friends , in india these days ( learned from north america and UK) political correctness is the latest God! if you are a man, not belonging to " underprivileged" category ( meaning u earn yr own living and pay yr taxes without any reservation or quota or strike or dharna), if u dont belong to special castes then u r a soft target for the police, media and the courts.. u can be easily accused of anything and immediately the TRP hunting channels and the circulation hubting print media will pounce on u.. they will say anything.. come up with any theory and use any bedroom fantasy to make u look like a villain.. and once that happends , we, the mahan indian public will pronounce u gulity and willdemand u be lynched as early as possible! and anyone who says ur not guilty will also be castigated since he / she is spoiling th party... so we get wild with anger only when a rich person (man )causes a car accident while hundreds of truck wallahs, auto wallahs, taxi wallahs and matador wallahas kill en masse on th roads every day without any media furore.. if someone's servant is a serial killer then the employer too HAS to be pronounced guilty! if yr servants and assistants kill yr daughter then somehow its yr fault and yr personal life is to be blamed, yr affairs.. yr friends .. their affairs etc are responsible for the crime .. why? coz its politically correct and morally upright to go after u regardless of the facts of the case! this can happen to anyone of us any day!

Aarushi father should leave india
by kalla rao on Jul 11, 2008 07:53 PM  Permalink

Police and our systems in india are harassing many people just for money. Police file cases to meet the targets fixed by their superiors. Many innocent people r suffering in jails in india, police has no manpower even to produce them to court from remand. Poor people dont have money to bribe, they r not allowed to make call to their relatives. Untill they r produced in court, they cant do anything, government has no funds to create courts inside jails even to hear their plea. Rich man can do something, media also highlights if its a rich man. This governence is only for rich and influenced people. After suffering so much in jail, aarushi's father should not serve india, he should leave for some other country and work. Government salaries are very less as we all know, but this anticorruption guys harass government employees on name of corruption, they send someone and delibrately push money in the victims pocket and immediately acb guys come and arrest, is it all for your few 1000's of salary ur giving. people should stop opting for govt. jobs and look only for private jobs. In govt. jobs u have to inform the govt, if u buy a television , house etc. where r we living man. r we in 16th century. govt pay 5000 a month and put so many rules. during acb raid they harass all family members like brothers and sisters take their properties also to court and ask them to claim as per courts decision. Is it all due to a mistake that I opted for a govt. job ?. Who will save us from all thes
