In interest of the Nation "Secolar"term introduced later should be immediately removed.This will bring National Unity better as all people will be at the same valued position,irrespective of Caste,Creed,Religion. Motive of appeasement to gain vote has done great harm.Country is going to the dogs because of RESERVATION in all spheres.Poor should be helped to rise,without compromising MERIT.Will it be proper to reserve post of Heads of STATES,ARMY CHIEFS,ALL JUDGES,All TEACHERS &PROFESSORS,EXECUTIVES.POLITICIANS may gradually go for those also,then why not posts of all Ministers & PRIME MINISTER also should go to reserve quota.MERIT OF A CANDIDATE SHOULD BE ABOVE EVERYTHING for welfare & progress of the country.Had it been so Nuclear deal would not have so much fuss,anything good for NATION would have been accepted by all.

The main culprit is the media, in making a chaos out of this serious issue of Nuclear deal for India. Background: 1. India is not a signatory of NPT. Its a violation at international forum, we have to agree. 2. India has done 2 tests, in violation to NPT, without signing it. 3. India has a good record of managing n-capability. We are beng rewarded for this by offering this deal to us. In turn it is helping other countries that supply N-fuel, so be it. RETURNS FROM DEAL: 4. India is getting a special status at IAEA. Not part of weapons state nor part of non-weapons state. Is'int this a unique favour. 5. We can get fuel and tech-exchange thats all we want today to overcome eneggy crisis. The media and so called N-experts are wanting a guaranteed supply of fuel. How can this be practicaly possible. Its like asking for guarantee for Petrol/deisel supply from gulf countries. Finally everything depends on the situation. It would be our wisdom and planning that we maintain critical/threshold stock of fuel at all times. 6. Today India is getting benefitted, thats what matters. We are looking for and discussing too much negative aspects of this deal. But what about the positive aspect. 7. US is the first country to sign with India. Later every country of NSG has to sign seperately with us. Under one of the clauses of the deal: ndia agrees to allow inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Association (IAEA), the United Nations' nuclear watchdog group, access to its civilian nuclear program. But India would decide which of its many nuclear facilities to classify as civilian. By March 2006, India promised to place fourteen of its twenty-two power reactors under IAEA safeguards permanently. India also promised that all future civilian thermal and breeder reactors shall be placed under IAEA safeguards permanently. This is the same way in which US entered Iraq, Iran, North Korea. Moreover under one of the clauses: U.S. companies will be allowed to build nuclear reactors in India and provide nuclear fuel for its civilian energy program. We will be compelled to buy energy from US companies, what will the Indian companies do.
