They enter the room and try to rape and then kill in Complete SILENCE (no one herad any noises in next Bedroom). Next, they dragged one of their partner (hemraj) to the roof top (again in COMPLETE SILENCE) and killed him too. After double murder they went to TOILET and flushed the KHUKRI down the toilet. Victim's were so willing to get killed ??? or the Killers were so professional !!! My goodnes, its such a loosely directed Movie scene !!!

When Dr.Talwar was being led away by the cops, soon after his arrest, he shouted that he was being framed by Dinesh Varma.Till date there is no news of who this Dinesh Varma is.I suspect he is a mafia don or some powerful criminal, exercising his influence. FYI.... when you murder your hands could be stained with blood...and after that if you handle the door... (for any reason like opening and holding it to drag the body)....blood stains could get on the door (esp if the door opens inside towards the room or even in the other case)..

No finger prints were found in that blood...generally smeared blood looks different...this blood was the torrent that flew(when the jugular vein is cut, the torrent can fly several feet) when the throat was cut, that had been confirmed by the NOIDA police itself...don't underestimate the police findings..even they are paid to do a job!!
FYI, this door opened from the inside, so the door was wide open when she was murdered...

Aparna did you really see what were the stains like....and handling may not necessarily involve fingers....but a part of stained clothing thats rubbed against the door .... how are you so sure about the gush of blood that flew....any article you could refer to?
and yeah NOIDA police had been paid ..but they instantly came with a story the next day without thorough investigations and we all know that.
And even if the door opened from inside...you could get stains on the door while opening it..or holding it....
Possibilities could be many....but solid evidences are few...and all those point that talwar hasnt really killed his daughter...otherwise a month's long detention, thorough questioning...and series of tests are kind of good to find out things....still being hell bent on proving him guilty makes me feel that there is something curiously weird about human understanding.

1) How do you ask a dead person what he wanted to say to a social worker or why did he dial a Dubai number. Based on these things you could make allegations to random people but if the aarushi's parents have come out clean in the investigations....why grill them over questions whose answers they might not be knowing.
2)Weird things happen, dead body of a woman with a height of more than 5 feet was burnt in a single tandoor (Naina Sahni case)....seemed weird initially but details of how it was done could be found out only after proper research by police....khukri might be a big thing to flush down...but there are other possibilities....you can possibly force down stuff through commode by applying thrust or pressure.....
Talwar couple didnt hear the noise..and CBI has well probed it...some people do not hear sounds when they are asleep.....a/c sound closed door ...hemraj wasnt being murdered in aarushi's room...maybe while he was being dragged upstairs...he was threatened for life to not make any noise...maybe he didnt know he would be killed on terrace while they were dragging him upstairs...they might be beating or threatening him to not speak or make a noise...and once they all reached terrace they killed him

It is obvious that the girl was fast asleep when the assailant slit her throat.That is why there were no shouts which could have aroused the parents, who were sleeping in another room, which was obviously bolted from inside.Any person with common sense can understand these basic things.We do not seem to be having any tough,no-nonsense,intelligent officers in the CBI.Or is Dinesh Varma pulling strings and calling the shots?The latter is the more probable answer.

OK anyways...with a normal toilet flush maybe no... but with an extra pressure of buckets full of water applied with thrust..maybe something is possible..atleast you can experiment..and let us know the results..(as far as my experimenting with kitchen knife..i dont need to do all this...i believe in following the proceedings of investgations
Also is it possible by any chance that it was not flushed through the commode but through the drainage next to the toilet...there is a metal plate with holes which connects the bathroom drainage......I am not saying this is the way it was done....but there are different possibilities..and people are trying to explore them...toiling hard to find out based on a simple confession instead of laughing over it......and you are just ridiculing and saying everything is false... what a difference in attitude!

I tried doing that himani and i didn't suceed in doing so. Now i suggest you do the same and then find out whether it is really going down. And yes, here the question is of kitchen knife. And kukhri is bigger in size than the knife.
Try and try find out for yourself. IF extra pressure of buckets full of water applied with thrust that noice also didn't made Talwar to wake up and see nor even with Mrs. Talwar?? Ask yourself this question. In a country like India lots of proceedings of investigations are botched up. This even a small kids also knows.
Now i am seeing you in the third paragraph a better investigating officer than the CBI. giving reasons and explanations???? and accuse those people who does that trying to analyse Talwars involvement? How could you do that questioning the integrity of others and u ur self is doing the same thing in another way.

Well hold on my to immaturity and understanding or misunderstanding and smiling. My questions are this and based upon those questions i think i have the full right to question Talwar. First thing. Why did they allow Hemraj invite his friends at night ?? If i have a daughter, then i would definitly do not do those kinda stupid things. And i am sure you also will think twice.
Second question: Why the Post mortem reports have discrepencies??
Third: Why CBI is not puting Talwar under the Narco Test??
Fourth: Why the husband and wifes statement contradicts when cbi asked them repeatedly who saw the arushis body first??
Fifth: Why Talwar always used to lock Arushis room?? Tomorrow i cannot do that for my daughter and Himani i know even you cant do that. And if there is male servent u would be extra cautious. That i know but in that cautiousness they are allowing servents to drink and party?? that too at night???
Answer these questions to me, then i will consider to change my view points based up on the satisfaction of the answer.

Dear Sweeto.... to answer you... !) Dr. Talwar did not know about the party Hemraj had thrown...for obvious reasons..Hemraj called his friends after the family had slept...and in all the tests and interrogations conducted on him the presence of 3 more people in the house was unknown to him...
2) If you know the investigators have claimed that they cannot bank upon the post mortem report completely.... it was made when police deliberately chose to screw talwar..cbi and these new developments were not in picture when the post mortem took place, so who do you want to place the responsibility of post mortem report discrepancy....
3) Narco test is done after there is something to doubt.... Krishna was put through it after his absolute lies on lie detector test...and rajkumar after he came out in krishna's test and the t-shirt forensic test. Talwar has gone through a lot...but i am sure if they find an ounce of evidence against him, they will put him through it.Rest CBi knows better
4. Is that the only contradiction in their record..... not bad !...check the contradictions in Krishna's records and then you will know who should be doubted more
5. If you read the newss properly....then you'd know the door lock was such that aarushi could open the room from inside...so she was not 'locked in'..but outside people couldnt come in till the time she opened the door or else if the outside person didnt have the key......

follow the news dear... all i know is from the articles...his lie detector tests showed him telling lies on several instants... the clothes he wore on that day went missing which raised suspicion towards him....(while clothes that Talwars were wearing that day were all intact and free from any uncanny stuff)....he had contradicting statements about his whereabouts on the night of murder
you can find all these in previous news articles.
NOIDA police screwed up...and lets agree to it..coming up with an instant story with no proofs means screwing the case.....
I feel the search and investigation going on this are of higher order, using modern techniques and have given some result....thats why i am supporting the investigators.... is it right to not let CBI handle any case whatever hard work it shows just because of some another case??? Not passing judgments..i commend it more than the noida police investigations...because the way they noida police had placed confident charges and circulated stories about a father...who is probably innocent...they didnt have a solid reason..but an imaginative story to back them....makes me full of contempt for them..

everyone is not a physicist..still people have lot of gyaan to give..think deeply....a khukhri may not be flushed mere force of water...but think logically ..how do things get flushed ..its a pressure and thrust generated by force of water that pushes them inside.... when the force is manual and muscular...its much more than the generated by the amount water in a commode..... normally a person would find it dirty to push things inside the commode using his arms strength...however,...a person who wants to drain his murder weapon..would not really care about the dirtiness...but might still push it / force it inside the hole using his arms strength........if the force applied is sufficient the instrument might not come back to float ...but go down the drain....
Its not impossible ....though has to be studied well ..and i am sure anyone out of people who post comments about casting premature judgments would ever think of doing such experiments......there are people who can take care of the mechanism of the process..
Lets allow the experts do their jobs and spare the family in trauma who might have some hope of getting out of a possibly wrong accusation

And then my second question: HAve you seen a Kitchen knife in real life?? Try flusing it down the toilet and then see as Aparna had mentioned above. How can CBI boast this sort of things. They are not coming infront with full story. But such statements they come up mostly targeting the servents. IF they want to comment as how they commented about flushing the kukhri, and giving explanations, then why they did not given the reason behind when they came out with one more revelation few days ago saying that Talwars claim of not hearing the noice is found believable. But they declined to comment how they come out with such revelation. But have all the reason to state the confessions of the servents of flushing down the kukhri??
