Madan Had it been left to your common sense judgments would have been passed even before investigations...
If you think properly....I am talking about possibilities , and not conclusively about flushing the thing.... what would you do if you were the investigating officer?..Would you simply laugh at the two men who are saying the same thing in their narco tests... discard it as rubbish and hang talwar for having a relation with some lady....no evidence against him..so what? Or would you take the findings seriously and try to find out things... Thats what I am saying that its wiser to investigate rather discarding a finding as rubbish in a narco test confession
