CBi foud out that the parents might not have heard the scream!!!!!!!!!!111
by sweeto t on Jul 08, 2008 12:10 AM  Permalink

In this article one CBI official says that they have simulated the possible sequence of events on the night of the crime to ascertain whether the Talwar couple could have heard the screams of Aarushi. The statement by Aarushi's parents that they they did not hear her screams appeared to be correct.

Why they don't they specify how they came in to that conclusion??? How it appeared to them that the parents did not hear a single noise???

CBI IS FOOLING PEOPLE.....
by Lokesh Pille on Jul 07, 2008 05:10 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It's simple, if the compounder Krishna and Durrain's domestic help Rajkumar are the real culprits and they had done it under the influence of alchohal, they should have FLEED IMMEDIATELY after the incident, NO DOUBT ABOUT IT. No one can imagine that a compunder killed his employer's daughter and still attending his duties with out fear.

THEY DIDN'T FLEE AFTER THE MURDER BECAUSE, DR. TALWAR'S ASKED THEM TO KILL AARUSHI AND HEMRAJ?

IT IS 100% TRUE THAT CBI IS BUSY IN FABRICATING A STORY FOR UNKNOWN REASONS...THEY ARE NOT READY TO REVEAL EVEN AN INCH OF THE TRUTH....

Latest Update on Talwar
by Sujatha Menon on Jul 07, 2008 11:59 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

One News Channel Headlines Today, claimed that it has been found by CBI that Talwars'will partying out till 5 AM on that fateful night - they had 12 hotel rooms booked for some high profile party. Why would 12 rooms be booked ? Is it that they were having a party of Wife swapping get together and this is what they cannot disclose in public and so have told that they were at home on that night ?

Why do you think that rich people booked 12 rooms in a hotel means it has to be wife swapping? They can meet for so many reasons, if it gets late, they make an arrangement for the attendees. If it's left to people's imaginations, we can have many more theories like this.

Dear Readers!
Its very simple! The Guests/close relatives attending Arushi's B'Day party might have been acommodated at that Hotel.
Only the surprising thing is why Talwar is not telling about the truth (or what ever he know)clearly.
Why He is scared to tell that he was in Hotel that night.

it is happening
by Abhi Bhat on Jul 07, 2008 03:29 AM  Permalink

People with rich and modern lifestyle are going a wrong direction. Their own families/health also suffer while they are making some other poor family suffer somewhere else. They suffer when this imbalanced lifestyle gets retaliation from media, reporters, police, other people and make things horribly wrong there onwards.
Am feeling sorry for the innocents who died.

CBI
by Manya Neel on Jul 07, 2008 03:14 AM  Permalink

I really hope that Renuka Choudhary will get the CBI to solve the case of Padmapriya. She lost her life. But she should at least get justice. This shows how difficult still it is for Indian women to go against the wishes of a powerful husband. She simply could not escape the web. And today, Bhat is sitting pretty, a sad widower, who claims that they had such loving relationship, and the poor man, Atul Rao, who had shown the humanity of helping a troubled woman, is languishing in jail. No investigation on why Padmapriya staged her own kidnapping and ran to Delhi; all the accusation is against only Atul for having helped her. Padmapriya is forgotten. She lost her life because she did not get any protection from any angle. Is Ms. Choudhary listening?

by Manya Neel on Jul 07, 2008 03:01 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Recently the BJP MLA of Udupi, Udupi district, Karnataka, Mr. Raghupati Bhat's wife Padmapriya died under terribly tragic circumstances. In the beginning, it was told that she was kidnapped; then Home Minister Acharya, who is unbelievably protective of his MLA, declared that she was found in Kolar and was being brought back. I have never seen a Home Minister giving judgemental statements on behalf of the MLA; but this man did. Next thing we heard was that Padmapriya killed herself in New Delhi. Further information came out that Padmapriya, who was extremely unhappy in her marriage wanted a divorcce. Bhat commanded the situation and she seems to have feared for her life, and with the help of a friend, Atul Rao, she secured a job in a call centre in Delhi, took a flat, car, mobile, bought cloths and went to Delhi, perhaps with the hope that she will be secure there as BJP does not have much power. She was wrong. She was traced, threatened, Atul was manhandled, and she died without even leaving a note. Her mother said "They purposely killed her". Many questions remain unanswered: How did she get the rope? Why didn't she leave a note behind? How her husband managed to reach there when they broke open the door? Was it really a suicide? I know that CBI cannot interfere unless the State asks for it, and the BJP rule in Karnataka will do everything in maintaining the 'fair' name of Bhat. Still, isn't it a case for CBI? Is it so difficult even now for a woman to leave a powerful husba

Learn not to politicise every thing. The sad incident has nothing to do with BJP. Still, going by your logic for a moment, Congress contolled Delhi Police will not leave any stone unturned to dig out 'embarassing facts' for BJp as the crime (murder/suicide) was finally committed in Delhi.

The univarsal truth abouth cops
by Lucky B on Jul 07, 2008 01:25 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

The problem of the police world wide is same. Once they build a case against someone, they cannot back track. They have to stick with their false store to protect their shoddy and short sighted investigation.

Sometime during investigation, if they know the charged person is innocent, they cannot remove the charges.

After all the cops have their credibility too. And they can go any extant to prove that.

CBI gives clean chit to Dr. Talwar

Finally after a long time Cbi may have decided to give Dr. Talwar a clean chit but can anybody explain what agony the mother must have gone through with her only child murdered and her husband implicated in the same and not being let out by India's premier investigating agency?

Hi, I do understand your point and agree to some extent. Its just that you put any other completely normal and innocent parents into this situation and their behavior would be different. I am not doubting parents innocence...but may be there is something they are hiding that is not directly linked to the crime. Normally and considering how rich Talwars are, any innocent parents would have cried foul and approached what not courts.

Talwars are also responsible for murder of their daughter
by Ashok Kumar on Jul 06, 2008 11:24 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

If Talwars did not hear any scream of their daughter on that fateful night, It is only possible when, they were not at home. Because they used to go out in midnights leaving their only daughter alone at home. Krishna had knowledge of their movements, and he took the adavantage of that. When Talwars return home in the early morning they found their daughter murdered. To hide their fault that they left their teenage daughter alone at home in midnights, they started lying and misleading the police. So, if Talwars are not involved then they are also responsible for murder of Arushi.

Even your wonderland story is right, Talwar's can't be implicated for the murder.

Their guilt will be enough and will haunt them whole life.

So your statement to holding them responsible for the murder is shameful.

Dear Sherlock Holmes,
It is not necessary for a person to scream always. A killer if strikes a strong blow strong enough to render her unconscious in the first attempt itself, there is no chance for screaming.

If Headlines Today is to be believed the CBI has confirmed that the Talwars were not at home on that fateful day . They left at midnight and came back only at 5.00AM next morning.
They talk of 12 rooms that was booked at a Hotel etc etc .
They have accused the Talwars of withholding information. So releasing Dr Talwar may not be something the CBI is planning to do

You may not call it shameful exactly. But careless for sure. If Scarlett Keeling's mother can be accused of negligence for leaving her minor daughter in security of a young man then why not the Talwars?? Renuka should now do something about this.

why careless? they might have gone for some business meet...who could imagine that this might happen when they have a full time housekeeper...yes, if they were doing something wrong, it would haunt them their entire life...i still won't call it careless act if they had to attend something important...certainly they can't take their daughter to all business meets, more so since she had school to attend the next morning.

1) Who gave friendly entry to the servants in the middle of the night??
2) What was the motive for the murder??
3) Why would Rajkumat travel a distance of 4 km from Durrani residence to sector 25 just to have drinks with Hemraj at 2AM in the deda of the night??
4) What would the Talwars have been doing at that time when their daughter was being murdered?? Even when a cat enters my kitchen , i wake up in the middle of the night!!
5) If, as per Krishna's claims, the cell phone was destroyed by Krishna, then who answered Hemraj's cell at 6AM in the morning??
6) The blood stains on Aarushi's room were found on the outside...if the Talwars were sleeping, why would the servants murder her with her door open?? It means that the Talwars were not at home at 2AM in the middle of the night?? Have the CBI inquired as to where they could have gone in the middle of the night??
7) Why have the Talwars not been subjected to a narco analysis??
8) WHO IS THE CBI FOOLING?? HOW MUCH HAVE THE CBI BEEN PAID?? IN THIS COUNTRY, WHERE MUNICIPAL CLERKS DRIVE CAMRYS AND COROLLAS, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.....

Why would servents kill Arushi ??Whats the the motive? If its lust, then why so many clean up done at that hour. Why mobile phones are destroyed? You say and belive that servents were drunk?? How in the drunken state one can apply the brain and cleanup the house without leaving any trace for the police and CBI?? No single "sabooth" in the drunken state? hard to believe. I knew from the beging Talwar is going to be free When noida police were doing the story such that itdoesnt stand in the court of law. Now same thing indirectly CBI is doing. Where they

Servents at the drunken state and on lust can't do such a cleanup jo. They are bound to do some mistake. They are not professional killers. Are they?

Did Talwar family were not there in the mid night at their house?? Where did they go??

If so why did they lie??

Forget being a parent, he does not even sound human. Why would a parent kill the only child they had? If they had a problem, they would discipline the child; not kill it. Bloodthirsty people always want a gory outcome of every case; not the truth. I agree with the Guest above. What an awful time the parents are going through! Poor people. Nice and easy to talk nonsense and show off our limited knowledge.
