Dear Readers! Its very simple! The Guests/close relatives attending Arushi's B'Day party might have been acommodated at that Hotel. Only the surprising thing is why Talwar is not telling about the truth (or what ever he know)clearly. Why He is scared to tell that he was in Hotel that night.
