1) A grouse of the antagonists of Amarnath land transfer is the alleged discontinuance of the 30% share out of the temple revenue that a Muslim family is said to have been receiving earlier, in consideration of their supposed discovery of the Amarnath shrine. Even if this story is true, that much of share out of the revenues contributed by lakhs of Hindu devotees, is simply over-greedy and against the basic tenets of Islam. Had the demand been pegged at not more than 1%, that too on condition that a major part of it again would go to a socially useful trust.
2) On some earlier occasions, the Kashmiri separatists would have us believe, during the course of media interviews, that theirs was not a communal or theocratic agenda; that a separate Kashmir envisaged a secular society and the peaceful co-existence of Muslims, Hindus and Buddhists! Now their veneer has dropped dead flat.
3) The antagonists' inveterate hatred against the Hindus forebodes the doom which is in store for the latter, in the (impossible) event of Kashmir seceding from India.
4) By the way, what happened to all the Hindu temples that lay in a number of villages strewn over an area of around 80,000 sq Kms in the Kashmir valley? What happened to the lands attached to and owned by those temples?
5) What has happened to the landed properties of the ten lakh Kashmiri Pandits that were either liquidated or driven away from the Kashmir valley?

letz analyse the facts....
1)4 lakh pilgrimz visited the shrine..within 2 weeks..as against 2 lakhs in whole season last year 2)during last week turmoil...whn students can't go to school...patients can't reach hospitals...not a single yatri was touched or harrased...on his way to shrine.... 3)govt has built no of residential building in srinagar...for kashmiri pandith...thr was not a single protest agnst that...we believe pandithz hav right on every inch of kashmir... 4) as far as land transfer in baltal(amarnath) is concern...even the independent observrz of india did believe ..the act was driven by communal intentions of governer sinha...' there is no history of, hundred acres of forest land given to "hindu" or "muslim" shrine or board in india ...

HAVE YOU EVER NOTICED THAT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO BJP POLITICAN EVER SHOT OR KILLED BY TERRORISTS EVER!!! A COINCIEDNCE OR IS IT BJP HIDING LIKE WOMEN WHEN TERRORISTS COME
(1) Why should the Muslims oppose the land transfer, when that land does not belong to any Muslim?
(2) Amarnath is not a temple of local importance but a major pilgrim centre of Hindus all over the world.
(3) The antagonists argue that the land transfer is a move to render the Muslims a minority in the Kashmir valley! Bud didn't the Muslims invent a way to retain their own majority - by persecuting, molesting, raping, maiming, and massacring tens of thousands of the Kashmiri pandits and hounding out the hapless survivors? So Hindus don't have a right to live and survive in the Kashmir valley, but the Muslims have an unchallenged right to multiply their own population throughout India!
(4) The antagonists argue that the move threatens the Muslim identity and culture in the valley. Thus the Muslims betray that they can't coexist with any other religion; that in their scheme of things, they can't brook the presence of any other culture, least of all the Hindu.
(5) Some of the antagonists put forth a specious argument that the land transfer, if effected, would have anti-ecological effects. Nobody need preach Hindus about eco-harmony. For Hindus have, right from the beginning, been worshippers of Nature and held every element of Nature in high veneration. It is from the forests that the ancient Rishis transmitted their envisioned wisdom to the Hindu society.

Perhaps we should pack most of the India Muslims and kick them to Pakistan...so that they don't harass the Hindus, Siks, Jains , Budhists, Christians, Parsis and Dalits etc. After all most of the non-Muslims from Pakistan have been hounded out from there.

but maharastians also have their family to support and when their way for earing & livluhood is affected they will naturally react. JAI SHIVSENA since u r a patil most probbably u may be from maharastra or north karnataka u know better how the local people are suffering as regards to north indians ur same indraji's family who ruled this country for more than 60 years they used the local people as vote bank and bothered about their well being. u can see this at ur rahuljeeeeee's & soniyajeeeee'sconstituency. the same thing happened at bihar also as lallu used these people as vote bank, not done any developmental work at bihar the railways are showing profit because of sincere & honest officers work and the foundation done by Mr. sindiya (although he is from congress) and lallu indirectly increased the fares at all levels and tells that because of him railways are making profit. this i am telling because he is also like your sonia who never bothered about this country people and both are selfish
