Bring Kashmiri pandits back to Kashmir.
Allocate a huge area of land to them, where they can rebuild their life afresh.
In this land, build schools, colleges and a couple of companies exclusively for Kashmiri pandits.
Provide them all economic assistance.
Do not allow Muslims into their land.
Protect Kashmiri pandits from terrorists.
