To kill your enemy, you do not need Gun, knife and poison together!! Even if India is only one-third in Airforce or 3-4th of China's army, half of nuclear war heads, it is enough to give a fitting reply in case of a war! Chinese know it! They know, it is not 1962 when they crossed the border and no air survilance, spy work, spy satellites or any information system was in place with India! They advanced unnoticed and they started attacks on India!! When world community intervened, our military forced them to go back to their old position except in Ladak region! In the process, we also attached Arunachal and made it our State in spite of threats from China! I do not think India is weak! If china is not able to teach a bitter lesson to Taiwan, what can they do to India?
will somebody ponder on the theory that all of the us dollars aids to pak was being taken up by china in lieu of continuos supply of arms all along these last 10 years. isn't this dollar pass off have boosted china's economic prowess.?

Your dream will die with you in Sri Lanka at the hands of Sinhalese!! Sri Lanka offered truce years ago and your great tiger leader refused it while India was trying to help you! It reminds me of the fate of Saddam, Hitler etc. Saddam is not in the class of Hitler but he also offered a chance to listen but he refused! Man should be wise, he should not believe in total elimination of his enemy! He should stop at a point and go for negotiation and think of living forward! I do not see that in the case of Sri Lankan Tamils! They listened to TN politicians and acted at their advice!

Has more "mountain divisions" to move quickly into position. Do not underestimate the "fighting traditions" of the Indian army. Have you ever served in the NCC or in the army? Do you know the battle history of the Indian army? Even in 1962, Chinese casualties were high after the first week or so of the attack. It was not such a complete defeat for India as had been portrayed. 3. There is NOT at present such a lot of difference between the Chinese and Indian Air Force equipment. 4. China is better organised in certain ways. But it is not as formidable as you think. They are humans like us but living under a different political system. They are more skilled in some ways. But we are improving, learning from them.

Our beloved soft PM claims that India is a 'soft power'. There is no such thing as a 'soft power'. Either you are soft and weak or you are powerful. It is amply proved by repeated incursions into Indian territory by the Pakis, Bangladeshis and the cunning Chinese. Even the Maoists, Naxalites, and Islamic Terrorists are having a field day. The Indian political, and the security system is RIDDLED WITH CORRUPTION. And, the people are laid back.
Why is there such poverty in India despite its technology, etc. Why is it threatened by China, Pakistan, etc. It is because India helps rogue regime murder its minorities. When other countries complain about human right abuses in Sri Lanka, India fights for Sri Lanka and ignores all human rights abuses.

In spite of many wars, India has developed and eliminated poverty and now being respected by the world community and an emerging economic super power!! Lanka and Pak has grown to stone age!! China is not capable even to fight a small country like Taiwan!! China is threatening Taiwan and Taiwan is alingning with the US, Japan, Australia - with all the enemies of China! Why China cannot attach Taiwan by force? China can show muscle power like some dogs bark and run away!!

It is not only India but Japan, Vietnam, Taiwan, S. Korea including US, Russia etc almost all big powers in the 4 corners of earth find China as a threat to its security!! So in the event of a war, I do not think it is going to be a cakewalk for China anymore!! Last time they crushed Vietnam because Vietnam did not have the backing of any Super powers including INdia militarily! Russia chose to keep a distance because they want aliance with China to fight the US. Now, the reality on the ground changed. US making its presence around China this time - be it in Afganistan, Iraq, Philipines, Japan or Taiwan/S. Korea. Chinese are not fools! IN the event of a war, there is a possibility of a grand aliance in the line with the aliance of the World War! China will be screwed up badly and its economic strength will disappear, world community may isolate China and all business partners of China will become hostile to China! I do not think, China will venture to anybody's territory in future including Taiwan!! Why cann't China attach Taiwan by force ? I think, China is heading towards the old USSR way!!
In our times, the mind of all countries is in economy and development. No country is planning to go backwards to stone age except Pakistan!
