Today in Tamilnadu, issue of 7% reservation to Christians and Muslims are referred to Backward class Commission to ensure that they get the benefits of this ‘gift’ to Minorities which was announced last year.
The Hindus have been minorities in J & K and north-eastern states, but secular Indians never heard of any reservation made to them on the basis or minority or their backwardness. It is a secular wonder that the Art. 16 (5) never works for Hindus in secular India!

Its Mayawathi's turn now to play Muslim card to demonstrate her opposition to UPA Govt. She says the Nuke deal was anti-Muslim and that she may lose the vote bank. The same fear was haunting our communists friends too and that is why they are opposing tooth and nail.Why Congress and allies are risking such a deal that will alienate Muslim support to them which was there all along, is the big question mark. Perhaps they have read the mind of the minorities well and as true patriots Muslims are they would not oppose any deal that would benefit the country. This is the correct reading of the Muslims attitude towards problems concerning the country.But political parties are setting their agenda separately. They are inciting something which was not their in the minds of the Muslims at all.This is purely a vote bank politics,to sway Muslims votes in their favour in the next elections. BJP too is closely watching the utterances and reactions of the leaders,and they too followed it by opposing the deal. The fear is common. That is they do not wish to antagonise 350 Muslims living in India,forming the biggest tilting vote bank.The fear may not be altogether unfounded as some may try to make it a political plank.The Iran gas pipeline which is sure to benefit India,if hastened would definitely earn the wrath of the White House in US.The rush for the US deal is one such reason to dissuade India from going ahead with the gas pipeline with Iran,a staunch enemy and war with it is imminent.

Indian Muslims are/were silent >> 1) When Kashmiri Pandits were made homeless. 2)I do not see any muslim leader talking about progress in India ( Industrial / economic) 3) Most of the muslim leaders are seen talking about relegion only. 4) I wish they show more wisdom and vision than MAYAWATI. 5)they should come out openly and talk what India needs to remove caste/relegion barriers. 6) They should talk about education of Muslim women. 7) They should talk about Pollution control. 8) They should talk about uplifting the poor.
I do not hear it from PDP or from NC or Abdullah Bukhari.
I appreciate Azim Premji / Sharukh khan / Irfan pathan they are Modren India Muslims.
Mayawati is a joke and should be left alone. I mean how much lower can our politicians go for some cheap votes.
But Mayawati being Mayawati, never ceases to amaze. Lalu may be illiterate, but many times better than her. I don't think even a single Muslim will fall for her latest gimmick.
I mean come on, next thing she'll say is the energy produced by the nuclear reactor will only be lighting up Hindu homes.

Narora UP Nuclear power plant is Candu type and once Nuclear deal is signed its fuel will be procured from US.
Mayawati should ask for shutting it down First and stopp all the electricity it is generating and feeding to UP Grid. As UP has lot of grudge against western block countries such as Canada/USA

Warning all India about the vicious plan of the J&K Govt hand in hand with the Union Govt, VHP President Ashok Singhal and General Secretary Dr Pravin Togadia said to revoke Amarnath Land is only the tip of the iceberg. The real game-plan is to declare all Hindu pilgrimage places in India as either Jungle, mountain, sea or river places & STOP HINDU PILGRIMAGE ALL OVER INDIA. Drawing comparison, Dr Togadia pointed out that tThey are doing same with the Rameshwaram Ramsetu, did same when Archaeology department prevented Hindus from worshipping ancient Navagrahas in Konark Sun temple & there are many more such experiences. Once they get away with AmarnathLand revocation, then they will even claim that Sabarimala in Kerala, Swamimalai in TN, Vindhyavasini in U.P., Tirupati Balaji on Tirumala, Ashtavinayaks in Maharashtra, Jtyotirlingams are in jungles, on mountains, near sea, near river; so these lands revoked. This is a serious anti-Hindu game-plan. They did the same in Malaysia, Jordan, Indonesia etc. Hindus need to wake up against this Jehad before it is too late otherwise these anti-Hindu forces will not leave any Hindu place of worship.
Like in Karnataka, its very much a real possibility that a 4 way fight between Congress aliies vs BJP allies vs Left allies vs BSP and other regional allies and in the end, get the BJP in a winning situation.
All the remaining parties are concentrating their efforts to get the Muslim-Christian-Backword-OBC vote and BJP ends up being the benificary of vote division to be in Loksabha with its allies as the next Government of NDA.
About Mayawati.....I think only rulling UP one starts to dream of rule in the rest of India is like being ShiekhChilli. There are 27 states in India out of which 24 states in which Mayawati doesnt even have a single MLA or MP present.
So Mayawati a UP phenomenon should be left alone as much as any other regional party can dream.
Its like TDP, AIADMK, Biju Janta Dal or Tinamul Congress claiming that they have their own state with majority so lets start dreaming on getting 273 seats in Loksabha. Its that vaigue and distant.
And lastly those Muslims who are against the Neuclear deal can as well stop using electricity. Mayawati and its BSP supporters can also stop using electricity. which also is a good idea, that way we will atleast have people who basically dont pay for electricity infact will not use something they dont pay for in the first place.
Mayawati is right in implying that muslims are not patriotic. One cannot be a muslim and a patriotic Indian at the same time because principles embodied in the muslim holy book are opposite to those in the Indian constitution. As a muslim his duty is to sabotage an infidel nation from within.

Clause 103-b-4 states "Secure India’s full and active participation in United States efforts to dissuade, isolate, and, if necessary, Sanction and contain Iran for its efforts to acquire weapons of mass destruction, including a nuclear weapons capability and the capability to enrich uranium or reprocess nuclear fuel, and the means to deliver weapons of mass destruction."
The clause is pro-India. We cannot have another nuclear neighbor. China & Pakistan is bad enough.
This clause is the reason why the Left and BSP term the agreement as anti-Muslim. The question is why the BJP joins them in opposing the deal - for a few Muslim votes?
