Muslims and pluralistic states

Dr Wafa Sultan, an ex muslim, has said that one cannot be a muslim and an American at the same time, because their holy book and American constitution are at great odds. The same holds for muslims and India. In case you have not heard Wafa Sultan please google 'wafa sultan speaks up '
