Syed, you are a slave. So, you shall touch our feet. Man you don't understand simple english? Get out from here Katlu
Property left behind by people who migrated to pakistan automatically becomes 'EVACUEE PROPERTY' and comes under possession of govt. no way it can be returned.
In pakistan the land and immovable assets of hindus and sikhs who were forced out too has been declared as evacuee property and cannot be claimed by descendants of reugees.pakistani govt. distributed the land amongst mohajirs and locals.temples and gurudwaras were taken over and converted into mosques.
many reputed indian politicians like L.K Advani, acharya kriplani etc had lands and mansions in Pakistan. will pakistani govt. hand over these to india ?

does not matter. in fact those in that profession usually do not support foreign countries. the most probable reason she supports Porkland's demand is that : 1. Either she receives money from them. her accounts can be investigated to support/eliminate this chance. 2. She shares Qaum with Porkland. 3. Her husband Javed Anand, a ROPer per excellence and a big wheel in Muslim Personnel Law Board forces her do it. In this case, he should be investigated

Dina, daughter of Jinnah actually paid some outstanding loan Jinnah took on home five months before the partition. Then she did not and the home went to the bank and then the government of India. Considering that fact, Indian government is actually owns the property. Another example of Jinnah as always being a liability for India.
Jinnah was first generation convert. His father Jinabhai (a Gujarati in business of metal crafting) was a Hindu who became Muslim very late in his life. From his name came last name Jinnah. Dina, daughter of Jinnah, never called herself a Muslim. She did not welcome any Muslims in her life. Jinnah created Pakistan but his only child married Indian Parsi and remained in India for life.
Many of these facts are in writings of Begum Rana Liyaquat, wife of Pakistans first PM. Rana was also like Jinnah, first generation convert from Hindu Brahmin family. Both she and Jinnah had crush on each other. Jinnah admitted publically that after death of his first wife, he did not marry again because he could not find another Begum Liyauat.

lol@ ur facts! a person of Jinnah;s stature wont say that! he wasnt Nehru sleeping with Mountbatens wife and egttin a PM of india and mountbatten the Governor ship just to get some land like ferozpur 95% muslim to pave a way for kashmir imvasion! Jinnah house shud have been given to Dina Wadia as she was legal heir! She was indian citizen and had absoulute rights over the property!she never went to pakistan apart from Jinnah's funeral! so indian govt to occupy the house was illegal!jinnah told nehru to take care of the house and give it to his daughter or to some foreign consulate!it wasnt handed to Dina but went to UK counsul! how ironic is that when pak say it want to open a consulate there they are refused but UK had it from 1948 till 1982 and still india speaks about frndship!ok now forget pakistan y didnt it go to Dina? she is legal heir of his property she never left india never held pak nationality y wasnt she given property! if L K Advani left pakistan all his family came with him! dun give this logic! jinnah left a daughter in india and its shameful not to give her the home!if she wasnt in india then it was govt of indias property!its juss like 2 brothers live in india one leaves and u take the house form the first brother coz one of his bro went to pak! lol the same happened in kashmir Nehru agreed to UN resolutions for plebscite and then forgot, and reason was security but repeatdly held elections!
