Some facts about Jinnah, Dina and%u2026.. the property
by Kachwala on Jan 17, 2008 10:01 PM

Dina, daughter of Jinnah actually paid some outstanding loan Jinnah took on home five months before the partition. Then she did not and the home went to the bank and then the government of India. Considering that fact, Indian government is actually owns the property. Another example of Jinnah as always being a liability for India.

Jinnah was first generation convert. His father Jinabhai (a Gujarati in business of metal crafting) was a Hindu who became Muslim very late in his life. From his name came last name Jinnah. Dina, daughter of Jinnah, never called herself a Muslim. She did not welcome any Muslims in her life. Jinnah created Pakistan but his only child married Indian Parsi and remained in India for life.

Many of these facts are in writings of Begum Rana Liyaquat, wife of Pakistans first PM. Rana was also like Jinnah, first generation convert from Hindu Brahmin family. Both she and Jinnah had crush on each other. Jinnah admitted publically that after death of his first wife, he did not marry again because he could not find another Begum Liyauat.
