Corrupt judiciary and rotten police force
by Abbas Rescued on Jan 05, 2008 06:16 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I confirm all these crimes in India is part of Police's unprofessionalism,
since it is more of mafia then the protector of law. You can find these
police are more busy in collecting hafta from restaurants, bars, hawkers &
making tie up with all kind of criminals to increase their bank balances.

As we all know Indian police is another name of legalised crime mafia.
I have had many persaonl experiences with police who are nothing but gundas
and do the job who pay them.
Indian police sell the law or lease it for even 100 Rs.

You give legal system to wrong hands and expect good result, which is not possible,
you clean up these police force, we will have almost 50% crimes gone by itself.
I feel crime is more in India because it is supported by police.
they are merely involved in furnishing data to remain in sheet while doing all illegal,
criminal activities which can never be investigated. I remember a police DCP
misbehaving with my family, when questioned and informed that
we will take this matter to court or human rights, he said go anywhere,
even those people will send same file for investigation to us, so it doesn't matter.
When police's intergrity in India cannot be relied on ,
how agencies like human rights, court, enquiry commission rely on
same criminals to do their job.

I think this makes indian police one of worst in the world. It misuse public
resources as well as police is curse to indian legal system.

What more you can expect from these police when custodial rapes
are so common in India.
A women is most unsafe in the vicinity of police station.
i remeber nariman point police beat case, phoolan devi, maya tyagi & tonnes of
police oriented crimes.

Don't expect too much from the world's worst police force in India.

can we attribute this crime to SOCIO-religiOUS fanaticism that has penetrated sexual desparacy
in society and police who control sex and entertainment industry.
Don't you think it is time sex industry is legalised and not controlled by police-mafia-gunds.
Most of countries in world have legalised sex industry.
This being natural sexual apetite which has to be streamlined.
There are people of age 35 who has never had this pleasure whose minds are
always corrupt with sexual desparacy. Don't they deserve to solve their physiological
desires being natural need? Why not our constitution make this requirement as legal as
in western countries.
There will be such crimes as long as society's sexual needs are not legalised
and streamlined. Else what do you expect a single man living in mumbai from 10 years
who is normal healthy person of 35 years of age.

Only benefit of not legalising this system is police become wealthy and crimes increase,
However this sex industry does more business here more than any other country in
illegal form, then being legal with better control.

Is there ever going to be Justice?
by kamal on Jan 05, 2008 06:15 AM  Permalink

Just read in "The Hindu" online that all the accused have been granted bail...
So looks like they are going to be let off scot free only to be more encouraged the next time (which is bound to happen very soon and more frequently) while we will continue to watch helplessly

Sex , entertainment industry is totally controlled by corrupt mafia police in india.
by Abbas Rescued on Jan 05, 2008 05:13 AM  Permalink

Sex and Entertainement industry in India is controlled by their police mafia bosses.
Till then problems in this country cannot be solved. It has to be

legalised considering natural physiological need of every society as similar as
thirst and hunger. How long you expect your sexuality to be controlled by

police who make money out of this billion dollar illegal sex industry in India.

It is high time we control and streamline our sexual demands of society by legally
streamlining the way it is done in west. We can see how desperate our

Army, military , police and CRPF, people are as far as their sexuality is concerned
coupled with the power of their profession. don't we see custodial rapes.

How in the world we can imagine a more crime in temple of law itself then outside the temple.
this is the fate of most corrupt police in world. plus they are

power abusers.

No women can be with this corrupt judges, corrupt police and corrupt legal system which
never works for victim, rather it becomes source of luxury and

survival for people attached to legal system by dragging the process for many decades.

I don't trust indian bureacracy which is considered third rate in world. You can't
even get a clean glass of water, what more you can get from these crooks

suriviing on public money. Stop paying taxes to these mafia, that is the solution.

99% of police force in India is corrupt, which must be castrated and hanged.
No job security must be given to them, Just three written complaints must get them out
of public resouces and jobs. Afterall we pay them taxes for our good, not to rule us
or to harass us, or to make money out of power abusing.
INDIAN POLICE IS CRIMINAL MAFIA

Mr.Reddy.Do you mean to say that molestation does not occur in the south.Have you not heard of the rape and killing of a call centre employee in Bangalore.By your own logic then the south Indians are rapists and murderers. So in your own words should we say that South Indians are shameless.Your comments can only be made by a person of low mental level and with no national identity.

The hole film made By Hindustan Times for Publicity......just simple question raises "there are 2 HT photographers what exactly doing there" and if they really thinks about that girl then why they clicked unnecessary photos of that girl..... People more interestingly watched that photos instead of any sympathy towards that girl......last time it was Mid-Day and this time Hindustan Times....

Gosh go back to your communist country before condeming the media. Thank God the media was there..other wise the police and politicians would have fabricated something else. Media should go to Nandigram and see how the communist Bengalis are shooting their own people.

Indian police is all about corruption, bribe and abuse of power, or misuse of power, it is legalised mafia. If our 99% of corrupt police and total corrupt judiciary gone, our 50% of crimes are automatically gone. Right now many crimes are spoon fed by our corrupt judiciary and mafia police. No where in the world we have such shameless police. It happens only in India.

Embarrassing Act and Demoralizing Fact
by mukesh modi on Jan 04, 2008 07:38 PM | Hide replies

Cultured people never indulge in such antisocial activities. The Miscreants already had this on their head whosoever comes their way. The stunning fact is that nobody bothered to raise voice against them NOT even Police. This really demoralizes the common men who feel helpless. The police should have instantly swung into action. The security at such public places should have been intensified sensing and anticipating such incidents on January 1, Friendship Day, Valentine Day, Diwali, Holi, Ganesh Visarjan, Navaratri etc. It is the administration's duty to protect the public. Its time for all of us to teach such antisocial elements a good lesson.

Administration's duty is to spend tax payer's money lavishly, indulge in corruption and misusing the position of power. Do you think our 99% rotten police and corrupt judiciary will do something good to our society?

Our legal system is one of worst handicapped in world.
