Corrupt judiciary and rotten police force
by Abbas Rescued on Jan 05, 2008 06:16 AM

I confirm all these crimes in India is part of Police's unprofessionalism,
since it is more of mafia then the protector of law. You can find these
police are more busy in collecting hafta from restaurants, bars, hawkers &
making tie up with all kind of criminals to increase their bank balances.

As we all know Indian police is another name of legalised crime mafia.
I have had many persaonl experiences with police who are nothing but gundas
and do the job who pay them.
Indian police sell the law or lease it for even 100 Rs.

You give legal system to wrong hands and expect good result, which is not possible,
you clean up these police force, we will have almost 50% crimes gone by itself.
I feel crime is more in India because it is supported by police.
they are merely involved in furnishing data to remain in sheet while doing all illegal,
criminal activities which can never be investigated. I remember a police DCP
misbehaving with my family, when questioned and informed that
we will take this matter to court or human rights, he said go anywhere,
even those people will send same file for investigation to us, so it doesn't matter.
When police's intergrity in India cannot be relied on ,
how agencies like human rights, court, enquiry commission rely on
same criminals to do their job.

I think this makes indian police one of worst in the world. It misuse public
resources as well as police is curse to indian legal system.
