While I do not have any problem with an individual whatever religion they practice. But if you see most muslims are brainwashed early and cannot get out of the conditioning done to them early in their childhood. If many of these people read quarn's translation in english at faithfreedom dot org they would be surprised to learn lot of unpleasant truths about this so called religion imported from saudi arabia.
She has no brain like Mulayam. Both just want to appease any community that can get them vote. Recenly Mayavati said she would enact a law that would force private companies to provide 30% reservation. Before taking such steps I do not think she used her brain. Only thing she thought was her vote bank. These decisions would make UP a poor state in the long run as a business starter would not use their hard earned money to do charity. Business is about making profits. A business does not have the luxury to hire only people that belong to a particular caste or community. A company would hire anyone that is does most work for least amount of money.
But UP voter and mayawati's audience is equally naive and would think what a great CM she is.

Let us suggest Mayawati create a set of Medical specialists through such reservation mechanism - a Neuro surgeon, a heart specialist, a Gynaecologist, etc to take care of her.
Will she have the courage to undergo any treatment by such a specialist?
What we definitely need is an enabling education. Make it free. But let each one of us compete for a professional position. We should never compromise merit in key positions in any organizations - private or public.
Islam by defination is undemocratic. When you shout from your mosque everyday in the morning - there no God but allah. You are closing all avenues for dialogue.
In hinduism a person who does not believe in God is called an athiest. In islam, a person must worship one and only one version of God that is written in their quran 1300 years before or else you are an infidel.
For a hindu - Someone worshiping Vishnu or Shiva or Allah is a believer.
For Muslims someone worshiping anybody else (Vishnu or Shiva) except Allah is a non believer.
Hinduism has democracy down to the religion. Arya samaj people are against idol worship, but they are still hindu.
There is no democracy in islam. It is a closed religion and closes your mind. And there is a saying, a closed mind is a wonderful thing to lose.

Most (if not all) western religions are political ideologies.
Islam is the worst.
It is Islam - with its concept such as kafir, jihad, kill the idoltors (those who worship idols) etc etc etc - that tells the muslims to be bad and violent.
Look at history of Mughals, who killed millions of hindus and destroyed thousands of temples, really thought they are doings God's duty.
Unless Islam reforms such barbaric Islamice terrorists act will continue.
The BJP has failed in every field. The UPA is the best alternative.
1. During Congress rule in India, there were many riots, but no one could ask (particularly the communists) congress on this, they could successfully hide it. But BJP could not hide even a single riot.
2. Congress and communist leaders are millionaire leaders. They have bank accounts in Swiss Bank. How many BJP leaders have account in Swiss Bank?
3. During Congress rule, India was defeated by China and communists supported China. But this could be successfully hidden. But BJP is still humiliated for Kargil war.
4. Communists could kill civilians using the Goverment resources in Singur and Nandigram. Imaging if the Rizwanur murder case had happened in Gujurat, then Teesta, Shabana would have lead a nationwide protest. But Communists could successfully suppres this. BJP even could not hide the Sohrabuddin murder case.
5. Congress supported the terrorism in Sri Lanka and Punjab by supporitng the LTTE and Bhinderenwala's force. How many terrorism were supported by BJP?
6. Communists allowed the Bangladeshi muslim immigrants to settle in the border districts of Bengal and eventually converted them to their vote banks. How many illegal immigrants the BJP supported?
BJP has failed in every way. Their leaders get nervous to attend the interviews. They dont know how to pay the media to suppress the news.

Continued Pakistani madarsas- in order to defeat soviet west found madarasa handy-they brainwashed them,funded them armed . later pak used them. now this same arming haunts them. It shud be noted that this arming and brain washing was local to pakistan -and any unwanted and not need crackdown on madrasas else where can surely cause tension.

I could quote lots of verses from Quran that are full of hatred for non muslims. Also I was surprised to learn that for muslims anybody who does not believe in their concept/name of god is a non believer. So a muslim goes to an island and finds that people on the island believe on one god too, but they call their god as xyz. Even these people will be non belivers for you...why do they have to call their god allah only to be called a believer. In my opinion your "religion" is very narrow minded and teaches intolerance.
May be you should try to get out of conditioning that you went through in your childhood to see truth as it is. And that is not easy. I have not seen many muslims capable of doing that. Releasing Masood was really bad but it was done to save many innocent lives. Whose lives are you saving by not hanging Afzal Guru? 100% terrorism is not going to be stopped by any government whether it is NDA or UPA, but you need to show some resolve to contain it. Go to google and search for news "Hindus in Pakistan". You will find news in "americandaily", how Hindu girls are kidnapped and forcefully married to muslims. This is very common in Muslim countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan etc.
Hindus should follow the footsteps of muslims of muslims countries like Malayasia, Pakistan and similarly treat muslims in India.
