Please and please don't fight on the issue of ne religion being better or the other. How many people have to die in the name of God? Religion is belief based and everyoe believes his is the most correct and is certainly entitled to his opinion. We are too naive at comaprative religious study to talk in favor or against the religious Avtaars of different relogions, be it Ram or Guru Nanak. All religions, however, attach great importance to living in harmony and we should at least follow this principle of all religions.
The constitutional anthorities should discuss the matter threadbare and take a right decision. They should not go according to the popular movement. Very transparent and right decision at this juncture will help them to win over the opposing parties and supporting parties. This is a very delicate situation. Many feel that it was unconstitutional. How can a President look at a constitution and pronounce some thing unconstitutional. There should be some thing which allows the Supreme commander to dismiss the Legal authority. In India, Judges are beyond constitution and they cannot be questioned about their wealth and connections. Even if one President sends back the recommendation for promotion , predecessor recommends his promotion and gets a new berth to him. So next time any case comes up, he has to show the gratitude. In Pakistan the rule must be in the constitution and Mush utilised it. Let the same be in India too. Accountability of Judges. This will help to curb nepotism and favouritism. How can this site be Pak bashing. Open your eyes and , take the good deeds from Pakistan constitution.
