The constitutional anthorities should discuss the matter threadbare and take a right decision. They should not go according to the popular movement. Very transparent and right decision at this juncture will help them to win over the opposing parties and supporting parties. This is a very delicate situation. Many feel that it was unconstitutional. How can a President look at a constitution and pronounce some thing unconstitutional. There should be some thing which allows the Supreme commander to dismiss the Legal authority. In India, Judges are beyond constitution and they cannot be questioned about their wealth and connections. Even if one President sends back the recommendation for promotion , predecessor recommends his promotion and gets a new berth to him. So next time any case comes up, he has to show the gratitude.
