We must insist on a work-life balance ,practice of religous rituals and prayers , family get to gethers , better work plan schedule by corporates and change in timings /Holidays between educational institutions , govt offices and corporates so that we can effectively use the road space .
Mr.Tata wasn't thinking about market share OR shareholders or personal aggrandisement.Environment
wasn't even in the picture.We salute tata for his concern of the middle class.Finding fortune in
the middle of the pit.But Mr.Tata why don't you inspire your engineers to come up with a cost
efficient,fuel efficient, environment friendly commercial vehicle for public transport.One that
won't bleed the govt. or ruin the environment or send the oil bill soaring??This will help India
more than a nano car .Stop looking at numbers alone.India does not have the luxury of surplus
space.Ford was not a genius.He was an idiot.Who started this car craze. Can Tata help India build a good subway or light rail?? Can he help them keep the cities,towns and
villages cleaner?Do some waste management?Car is not an indication of quality of life.Clean air
is.Clean water is.Clean surroundings is. indications of quality and standard of life.If Tata and
other intelligent Indians argue and come up with solutions for public transport and waste

Use computers and cameras to prevent corruption.Use cameras and youtube to expose corruption in
public places.See corruption come down drastically as more n more are caught on camera. Indian business houses never invest in R&D or global branding. US buys stuff fmcg n durables from
China ,Taiwan.All US exports are manned and created by Indian brains?Why can't Indian brains and

Kerala has jobs only as head loaders;goondas nurtured by the parties in the name of
socialism.There are no people to climb coconut trees.Shortage of eggs, milk, rice.Nothing is produced in this state and then they complain of financial difficulties,lack of
employment.With all the economic theories of the idiots they're not able to come up with jobs other than head loading and road digging every year and of course toddy shops

I am not against labour rights. But Kerala is losing out to other states because of typical communist attitude. Kerala has no corporate sponsors like WB. Nobody wants to invest in Kerala because they are pretty sure of a strike within 6 months.
The irony is that the Keralites really work very hard when they go out. They dont worry about their rights when working overseas or when working in other states.

Hope there are some laws to define the working hours, a employee max working hours in a week and rest to a employee after the max no of hours working, all this rules are in air now. Hope there is a department for labour is not consider the IT employees as a worker,dear friends we in IT worked for so many hours deadly and spent all our hardearned money in shopping malls and to the realestate gunda's.Please stop to work more than 10hr per day.
So now we know how much South India has progressed! These guys keep dumping garbage on UP/Bihar people, and look at them. They don't even have the guts to stay alive. They die because their EMIs are missing. UP/Bihar people on the other hand live and die bravely, and not like chickens.
