Relief to the Employees in IT

Hope there are some laws to define the working hours, a employee max working hours in a week and rest to a employee after the max no of hours working, all this rules are in air now. Hope there is a department for labour is not consider the IT employees as a worker,dear friends we in IT worked for so many hours deadly and spent all our hardearned money in shopping malls and to the realestate gunda's.Please stop to work more than 10hr per day.
