Having said what I have said earlier.. I must say this forming cartels base on regionalism and Lingusitic base is wrong. I am a Bengali and my best friends are from Tamil Nadu, Sindhi, Maharshtra, Bihari etc etc. and I have enjoyed openeing myself so much. In one hand it feels nice participate in functions which are Linguistic and Regionalistic the platform should be constructive and should not through fire on others. Abu Azmi was wrong doing it. Participating in a UP divas was definitely not criminal. I am a Bengali staying in Gujarat and I participate in Ganpati Utsav and and very fond of Singing Marathi Ganpati songs of Lataji and Suresh Wadkarji. I think the entire issue have been blown out of proportion.If raj is concerned about increasing criminal activities in Mumbai it is a state problem. Yes, a criminal should be deported out of Mumbai immediately doesnot matter which religion, Caste or creed he belongs to.. why hate innocents
I urge all citizens who want a better place for themselves , their family and their children to stop buying goods from the hawkers and thellas. You are inadvertently encouraging them to flourish and increase in numbers. This is what brings them to Mumbai. Its simple .. you want to help beggars then dont give them alms - this will reduce the no. of beggars ... we need to apply the same policy... you dont want North Indians to come to Mumbai dont give them encouragement. Beating them is no solution.

boss...North India don't just come to Mahrashtra to sell goods off their carts ...lol... They contribute heavily in the technical field also.

Amit...get real...There is a difference between Bombay and Mahrashtra. Its a reality that places in UP/Bihar might not rise up to Bombay because Mumbai has a geographical advantage (its a PORT). But still kindly elaborate how YOU (with others) will make UP/Bihar ala maharashtra ?
