i doubt he will be punished because loop and holes in indian system.do one thing,since he has confessed for removing 300 kidnies,remove both of his kidnies give them to some needy people and put kidny doctor on dialieses until he proves himself innocent and if he does not then remove the facilty provided to him to dye.
Like every soaked politician, this disgusting being also blurps out that he is innocent. This should not have been reported in this site. If he is sent to Bihar, the people will give him the right treatment. They will tie him to a bullock cart and drag him thro the streets and then hand over to the Police. From their the Police will deal with him. I say Bihar, because they are the poor people who have always had a raw deal in life, their wisdom and sense of justice is the most genuine and can be executed fast.
Bring him in from Nepal like a Hero, he will even wave out a victory sign, all the policmen vying with each other to be photographed, and all that tamasha should be avoided.

Another report says that, he is able to come out from jail four times before for such kidney scam. And was able to continue the trade for long 9 years. This can't happen without the support of the people in high places. As such Mr. Gopalakrishnan said this should be handed over to a special courts with some genuine judges on top of it.

i hv been reading many blogs on many topic here for a while now.. and somehow ppl always end up discussing religion.. way far from the intended topic.. strange..isnt it?
CBI is good but will take a longggggggggggggggggggggggggg time to even file FIR; so the fabrication of evidences by the accused and the likelihood of politicians getting into the scene cannot be ruled out in our country. such cases should be processed and dealt in special courts with right of appeal only to the Supreme Court.

Dont bring this guy from Nepal. In India UP police will take the bribe of 3458 Rs leave him again. We can trust Nepal Police. I have seen in movies that Gorkha/ Nepalies are more faithful and trustworthy.

afzal is innocent. unless someone is given chance to defend himself he is innocent. in the case of afzal rowdy laywers did not allow any one to represent him so his case should be opened again and he should be tried again with given full chance to defend. those rowdy lawyer should be punished too.

he did all these for the sake of money. that's what happens if you are not having imaan. you loot people for the sake of money and become a true shaitan. at least who are fighting have got some reason on their own, but this hindu has done a clear crime only for the sake of making money and should not be spared.
He is the suspect otherwise there is no need to have that much money with him and hiding in Nepal. If he is not guilty he should come to defend himself very soon after the charges. He should remember that truth always prevail.
