i doubt he will be punished because loop and holes in indian system.do one thing,since he has confessed for removing 300 kidnies,remove both of his kidnies give them to some needy people and put kidny doctor on dialieses until he proves himself innocent and if he does not then remove the facilty provided to him to dye.
