Look at the illegal extensions in Delhi. So dont even care fortheir own safty due to greed. GOVT also gave them permission to do extension for the sake of Votes. Jagmohan was trying to do the right thing in Delhi but he was ousted. But nowadays every body behaves the same whether north or South out of greed. In general Indians do not follow laws or rules.
I am a North-Indian, from Bengal. Yes, North Indians( Bengalis included) feel proud to break the law. Those who are weak obey the law, those who are Mustan do not care about it. Yes, South Indians are polite and law abiding. This is the reason civilized North Indians prefer to emigrate to Bangalore, Pondicerry, Hyderabad. This is a fact. Travel by train through Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh with you daughter and wife, you will know.
MY DEAR NORTH INDIANS,(SPECIALLY,FROM U.P,HARYANA,PUNJAB,BIHAR), HAVE WE NOT DISCUSSED THIS SEVERAL TIMES THAT SOUTH INDIANS ARE WELL BEHAVED,DISCIPLINED,RESPECTFUL,LAW ABIDING IN COMPARISION WITH US,THE NORTH INDIANS.THEY ARE RELATIVELY MUCH MORE HUMANE,KIND HEARTED,CULTURED AND RELIGIOUS.IN FACT SOUTH INDIA IS DEV-BHOOMI,ABODE OF DEVTAS.THEY ARE THE PEOPLE WHO KEPT OUR INDIAN CULTURE ALIVE.NOT THAT IT IS OUR FAULT THAT WE,THE NORTH INDIANS ARE RELATIVE RUDE,AGGRESSIVE,INSULTING,DISPRECTFUL(SPECIALLY TO LADIES).IT IS BECAUSE OF INVASIONS FROM THE NORTH,MIXING WITH HOSTILE CULTURES WHICH HAS MADE US LIKE THIS.BUT CALLING SPADE A SPADE HAS HURT THE POLITICIANS.ARE THEY-BJP,CONGRESS,LALOO RAM ETC- LOYAL TO NORTH INDIA? IF SO WHY HAVE THEY RUINED US ,OUR CULTURE? WE HAVE LEARNT ALL THE HOSTILITY AND SELFISHNESS FROM LALOO RAM,MULAYAM SINGH ETC EVEN AT THE COST OF OUR NATION.UTTARANCES OF LT. GOVERNOR KHANNA ARE CERTAINLY NOT GOING TO DISINTEGRATE INDIA,WHERE AS HIDING OUR TAMASIC QUALITIES MAY WEAKEN US. THRE IS NO HARM IN OWNING UP THAT WE ARE NOT AS GOOD AS OUR SOUTH INDIAN BROTHERS
At last, the truth has been told without mincing any word! Simply travel by rail - you don't even have to get down the train. You will realise the truthfulness of the statement.
BTW, this has got nothing to do with Raj Thakeray's statements or MNS's activities.
In UP and Bihar government is the main hurdle in progress.Lalu, Mulaym and Mayawati are the main hurdel in UP and Bihar progress. Other North Indian states Delhi,Punjab & Haryana are the most richest and one of the most developed states in India.

Delhi is very cosmopolitan thanks to its once status as union territory. Delhi is embracing of all cultures. In delhi north Indians are at their very best because of mingling with other cultures.

Why expect people to obey laws? When the laws are made by criminals in the Lok Sabha, they should certainly be good for us. We have a terrorist sentenced to death by the Supreme Court, for attacking the parliament, and the government looks for loopholes to protect him.
Of course I respect the Indian constitution. But I doubt if any reasonable person does.
