Mumbai vs. Bihar,UP
by Rama Raju VA on Feb 09, 2008 06:57 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Gen.Gul the ex - chief of ISI must be grinning from ear to ear and having an extra peg of scotch these days in Lahore after watching our petty fights like Mumbai vs.Bihar, UP. All his working life has been devoted to creating rifts among Hindus & Muslims, weakening India's inherent strength by using his vast network of
agents. His job will be lightened with the leaders we are having now as they do it without spending the Saudi Rials. They will distroy the economic power house that India has become. Pettiness is the real enemy ,you don't get Kargil war every day or a cricket match to keep us united. Mature nation states conduct their affairs with lot of grace, dignity ,fortitude, emotional stability, rock solid confidence. Our petty leaders are ill educated, immature, seek great life without any hard work. Better quality of education will only be able to produce quality leaders for future generations. We are destined to suffer with the present leadership.Let us hope for a better India for our children.

We must condemn Thakarey to devide our society to unite marathi vote.
by bihari babu on Feb 09, 2008 12:42 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

They say violance is not what look from outside. But the the wound it creates in people's psyche, thats the real cost. The rift created between marathi - north indian by greedy, shameless politician like Raj to unite marathi vote is shameful.
Mumbai is india's finacaial capital. People from all over india come here and work hard to make it. Mumbai will loose the international credibility which is vital for growth in this modern economic era since we live in a global village. To teach north indian, the decsent public behaviour, violance can make it only worse. Govt., NGO, Pvt. all should make effort together to download some discipline, ethics in north indian's head.Malitary should take on this job. Since this is very serious issue. Pvt company are not going to bihar, UP beacause of this reason, so not many jobs are being created there. Educated people like us should unite and do something. Our netas dont care. Jai hind.

Thackerey and Maharashtra
by nadia sani on Feb 04, 2008 11:00 PM  Permalink

Thackarey is a menace to India today. Unfortunately due to media access by one and all there is the very real risk of his words being taken for truth, with the fomenting of regionalism and fanatisism.
Thackeray doesn't seem to realisze that the world is no longer the place it was when he breathed & preached hatred towards non Maharashtrians.Today the majority of the wealth of our country comes from talented, successful businessmen & professionals from all over India who have settled down wherever they have been able to find good jobs.
There is no one state that has survived economically because of the native people's earnings.Brains are not any one people's monopoly. There are gifted people all over India.
If he really wanted to help his fellow regionals then he would enlist the brains of all who could help solve the many problems in Maharasthra, agriculture & farmers problems for one.
He would also be wise enough to set up Marathi classes for those living in Maharashtra so that the residents can learn Marathi. We Indians are very ignorant about our own history & heritage since information is available only in Indian languages. To access these and to learn to live in harmony, don't criticise, but integrate the people living in states differnt to their own.
I favour learning more Indian languages. We learn French & German, why not learn Marathi, Punjabi or Tamil?Unite not divide should be our motto. Will the youth of India learn this lesson and apply it to daily life?

AMITABH AND RAJ THACKREY
by Rajesh Vyas on Feb 04, 2008 02:32 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Sir:

Location has nothing to with Amitabh's success and super stardom.

He is so talented that he would have become a superstar regrdless of being in Mumbai. Geography has nothing to do with it. As they say talent will shine anywhere,

Amitabh has every right to be proud of U P as Raj is of Maharashtra.

Raj himself of course has nothing to be proud of except inherting the surname and of course buying bthe KOHINOOR MILL land along with someone called Principal Manohar Joshi.

If Amitabh were from Chennai, say, like Kamala Hassan was, and who, btw, is a better actor than most Indian current genre actors, Amitabh would not be a super hero that we know today. Amitabh succeeded because he was in Mumbai. In the 1970s, Mumbai was the power house. Today, you might spring a surprise or two from the South or any remote corner of India.. So, Lambuji owes it to Mumbai. Oh, btw, I am not from Chennai and do watch all Amitabh movies.

Who is Raj Thakre ? Where he is ? Call him in Hindustan.............................
by Jayprakash Uma Shanker Shukla on Feb 04, 2008 10:58 AM  Permalink

I think that man is not Hinustani. He dont have right to leave in Hindustani becz his attitude is not like cultured Hindustani. I want say that man that just look back history the cultured Hidustani never insult his geust.

I think that he is very sick after pls bring him & his supporter in Agra Hospital. I think UP people never mind for that & they will do respect like a geust.

I also want tell Mr. Shishir that "ham hindustani hai aur ham Shirf JAI HIND bolna jante hai" pls mind it. We never told JAI UTTER PRADESH then why we should say JAI MAHARASHTRA. We r simple Hindustani & proud to be Hindustani no man stop us to go & work in any state of Hindustan wheather it is Raj Thakre, Balasaheb Thakre, Mayawati, Shila Dixit, Modi and may other who standing on our legs only........................................

I want to say Like Raj Thakre who may be it but they dont have power to stop any Hindustani to do anything for his ROJI ROTI in any state of the country. If he want then try his best but just mind one thing while doing anything in MUMBAI THAT IN MUMBAI EVERY 3 PERSON IS NORTH INDIAN.

JAI HIND JAI BHARAT JAI HINDUSTAN
MERA BAHRAT MAHAN
SOUA ME AUSSI BEIMAN
AUSSI ME CHALIS NETA
UNME SE HI HAI EK YE RAJ
PHIR HAMARA HINDOSTA RAHEGA MAHAN

Rajju Bhai..
by Alwin Alex on Feb 04, 2008 10:26 AM  Permalink

I think you have to let him be an ambassador of which ever place he wants to. After all its his choice and its his life. I would prefer Maharashtra Navnirman Sena leader Raj Thackeray to be the brand Ambassador of Maharashtra and prove it to the world that you can do a better job than Mr.Bachchan in UP. Before pointing fingers at others i would like the politicians to point the same fingers at them and ask.. CAN I...?? then talk. Most people realise or rather think only after they speak. I guess Mr. Thackeray should keep a check on his comments and his speeches.

Jai Hind.

by Ketan Juvekar on Feb 04, 2008 07:44 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

WHICH Indian leader is TRUE INDIAN? ALL leaders have been making a fool of us by keeping us divided in the name of religion, caste, creed, language and now even states!!! Their henchmen resort to terrorism,"followers" fight and hurt/kill each other and these "leaders" laugh on their way to (Swiss) banks.. Do we know that MOST of them are good friends of each other and only entice us to fight with each other??? When are we going to vote on the basis of progress/technology/economy etc etc and not "protector"ship??? Whos' protecting us from whom? Put all those who claim so, we will be much safer!!!!!

Dear Ketan:
Excellent!!!! You have indeed exposed these thugs who make us fight among each other and then share BLUE LABLE JOHNNIE WALKER whiskey to hilt in the evening.

It is hightime we called their bluff and exposed their hypocrisy
