The so far rotten Bihar under Lalu and Rabri (ROB-ri!!!) can hopefully see some light under Nithish Kumar. Not the fault of the students... they had it registered in their mind that such practices (cheating and unfair means) is the way of life. Not sure how long this has been, but I welcome the strong views of the state government, for the betterment of Bihar which once housed the world famous Nalanda University (talks are on to revive that).
Isn't it shameful to say that parents expect malpractice to be their right.. All the students except the one girl should be debarred for 3 years. Only Xerox Machines and computers have the right to copy. Studying Law and giving a petty reason that the syllabus is not complete in time.. Shameful of bihari students. I'm guessing that's the case with other colleges in other specialities as well in bihar. And don't blame lalu. He is also a bihari, he is used to all these malpractice
If you want to be an Indian follow rules.....they are many who know and can write in exams...life has meaning if you earn it...esle u r dead from day one
