The so far rotten Bihar under Lalu and Rabri (ROB-ri!!!) can hopefully see some light under Nithish Kumar. Not the fault of the students... they had it registered in their mind that such practices (cheating and unfair means) is the way of life. Not sure how long this has been, but I welcome the strong views of the state government, for the betterment of Bihar which once housed the world famous Nalanda University (talks are on to revive that).
