Due to the intrinsic cultural diversity, each State in India cannot 'productively' govern more than 2 million citizens. India should 'decentralize' 604 districts into States or Cantons as in Switzerland.

Slowly all terrorist/extremist/naxalite organizations will surrender soon. It all iles in the hands of politicians. If they want to combat them, they can and they have power to do so. More pressure will yield more results. So as more practical approach.

Due to ill health the terrorist will retire and serve the public else he will kill the public and threat the Government? Communist Party of India-Maoist is a terrorist organization and still we are entertaining them in participating elections and public/political life. In the name Democracy we make some this gravest mistake at the cost of the Indian peoples life, property, economy, carrier etc.......Atleast, the Indian Defence,Intellegence,Administration officers (Not the idiot and self indian politicians) must act now to wipe out such organizations from country.
Why should this crook get any assistance from the Govt? He is not condemning the naxal movement. His own explanation is that he is old and can no longer be an active naxal. Looks like the cop are too hot on his heels and he decided he rather get a pension from the govt instead of turning into target practice in a police encounter. Is the govt. responsible for the pension of ex-naxals? This is ridiculous. This guy should be booked to the full extent allowed by law and put in jail.
The message is loud and clear. Young india is being encouraged: Go and get a gun, form a gang, take your girl-friend (if any), distribute some leaflets printed in JNU english, kill one or two helpless villagers & local constables, enjoy few years in adventurous forest and surrender. Get rehabilitated with tax-payers money.
