The message is loud and clear. Young india is being encouraged: Go and get a gun, form a gang, take your girl-friend (if any), distribute some leaflets printed in JNU english, kill one or two helpless villagers & local constables, enjoy few years in adventurous forest and surrender. Get rehabilitated with tax-payers money.
