What is the problem
by Sam on Apr 29, 2008 09:32 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

even if he was born in Nepal. He is a naturaloized Indian isnt he?

Even Sonia gandhi faked about holding dual citizenship and didnt give up the italian passport until recently.

They also have honorary citizenship from italy so the waitress can run back anytime.

But why she will sun back when she can continue to loot this country made up of white-skin worshipping idiots who think that India means gandhi family. For Sonia this is a banana republic whos bananas needs to be plucked and she is doing that very well.

Kudos to Sonia and thrash to all the congress sychophants.

If state of India is like what it is today it is due to Indians only. Compare us white worshipping idiots to the chinese who take no shit from anyone and we know why we are at the bottom of the pecking order just above africa in the world pecking order.

General Elections Should be tiered
by Praveen George on Apr 29, 2008 09:15 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Democracy is India is modelled after Western Democracy.
India needs to have it's own version of democracy. Involving an electorate of close to half a billion is not feasible. We should have better tiering in the selection process, which will also ensure that people elect folks they directly know. The model that i suggest is let us give more power to the local governing bodies.People anyway do elect their panchayat members. And they represent the political affiliations and aspirations of the people who elect them. The election process that we undergo is a massive waste of time and energy, mobilizing all these resources to run this mega event every 5 years - sometimes twice an year is not something good for a nation which cannot find enough money and manpower to build basic infrastructure it badly lacks. I would recommend giving more power to Rajya Sabha and make it compulsory for RajyaSabha members to be PHD holders. We should demand change in our political system , the current system we have in place is purely imitation of things happening in the west with total disregard to their applicability in Indian context.Hope election commission shows some brains.

Mr George, please remember that our politicians are very ingenious. They will devise ways to get Phd. Do you know that Her Highness Jayalaitha and the Unscrrupulous M Karunanidhi all are Phd holders. He will get more for his son daughter and even TR Baalu. If no university give them they will sstart their own university. Ask lallu he can get even form MIT or Harvard of USA. these are simple for these mastre survivors.

Just saw a news how the Rs 2/- rice given in Tamilnadu is ending up for sale in Kerala. The rice is sold by people for a higher price. See how the public money is wasted by this seasond politician. Is any one raising this question in the appropriate place or not?

Indians are and is being fooled by some foreigners.
by Anand on Apr 29, 2008 09:01 PM  Permalink

Why so much noise over this? If a foreigner can become the daughter in law and then wife of Prime Minister of India, there is nothing worong for a Nepali to become a MP. The prince in waiting with no brain, does he have any semblence of Indianess? Slealing the name of Ghandhi they are imposters. Again and again it is getting proved Hindus in India are a bunch of innocent idiots. Where else they allow other religion to dominate, control and convert the majority at will. Try converting muslims and christians to hinduism and see the effect. Such bunch of idiots does not deserve anything better. Very soom India will become Dive country of holy spirit.

It does not matter where a MP was born as far as he is not holding a Prime ministers post.
Just come and see how many Indians are there in The British parliament as MPs and leader of council.
All are Indian born.

No they do not have to their nationality tells that they are Indian born and not British.
A perosn living in UK can be from any country and become an MP but can't become a prime minister.
Parliament is based in England and even Scots,Walsh and Irish are not allowed to be prime ministers.
Scotland, wales and Ireland are part of British empire and are seperate countries ruled directly by England.
