No they do not have to their nationality tells that they are Indian born and not British. A perosn living in UK can be from any country and become an MP but can't become a prime minister. Parliament is based in England and even Scots,Walsh and Irish are not allowed to be prime ministers. Scotland, wales and Ireland are part of British empire and are seperate countries ruled directly by England.
