The government should bring capital punishment to the rapists. And he shud be killed immediately without any postponement.
What was the point and where you guys are going..everybody will have to learn to mind their own business if this happens india will definetly become superpower but BE INDIANS GUYS NOW FOR THE SAKE OF INDIA STOP BULLSHITTING ABOUT NORTH SOUTH, EAST , MADRASS MUSLIMS HINDUS... AND START TALKING ABOUT SOLUTIONS...DEVELOPMENT HOW TO TACKLE THIS SITUATION,, WE ARE INDIANS ... THINK HOW TO DEFEND OUR PEOPLE FROM RASCALS... WHATEVER THE GENDER IS ....
I request all to never believe blindly, whatever's conveyed, just apply mind. If adamant & determined, NO Female can be raped. All this what's conveyed is just to implicate Nears & Known ones in false case, just to take revenge for some another reason. These False RAPE Y DOWRY laws can destroy one and his family's ENTIRE & Complete life. Pls give a serious thought to my views.

Yes like you said no female can be raped. All men are saints. Women, children and handicapped people who claim to be raped are all liars. If you Mr. Goswami are forcibly sodomized by some men in a lonely street its not rape. 'No female can be raped'. Can anyone believe the stupidity of this guy?
If India needs to improve, we need to improve the capital of the country first. Is Sonia sleeping, Delhi has the most corrupt police-man I have ever seen anywhere in the country. DO these people ever sleep at night. Its like living in hell to see so many rape cases, the dirt and dust lying around anywhere. Does any politician thinks of providing employment to the rural areas. Is there any justice in this country? Wake up all you politician or we need to the blow the parliament up.
IF PEOPLE RAPE THE DAUGHERS OF MINISTERR & CORRUPT GOVT CLASS I EMPLOYEES & EMPLOYEES DAUGHTERS THEN THEY MAY MAKE RULE TO STOP THESE RAPE CASES. WHAT DO U SAY ?

The law is already there but these ministers,Lawmakers, Police the law enforcer etc don't care. As you say A minister or police commissiners doughter needs to be gang raped then all law will stir up, no stone will be left unturned. But for general public their daughters and wives do not count, as far as these people are concerned that don't exist unless they are ready to feed a heave sum to to minister and police as a bribe even the there is guarantee.
i pity this nation .with a bunch of idiots and maroons at the helm who are more worried about what the cheer leaders wear in cricket match than rising crime .
could anyone tell this political idiots that there is so much elese to worry than short skirts
India should adopt the sharia law so this menace can be controlled the so called people who call themselves modern and civilised cannot control this until some iron hand is used i want to ask this people what will u do if u r mother,daughter or sister is raped give 1-7 years prison no u will kill him and in this age of technology we easily identify the culprit so death sentence is the only answer some women argue that if death sentance is enacted the rapist will kill the women agter rape so go and see the life of women who have gone through this there life is a living hell.

apply sharia law, deprive all women from their rights, rape your women again and again in home and not make provision of rape complaints!! when neededd say three times talak talal talak and leave her for no one!

Who told u that a muslim man should compulsory marry 4 women look at fellow muslim citizens only few people who can afford and do justice between all the wives can marry otherwise if u cant do justice Holy QUran tells muslims to marry only 1 read know facts and them write just dont take stories from biased media.

Assume a woman is rich enough. Is it permitted for her to keep 4 husbands "assuming she can do justice to all 4"? Would you like to be one of the husbands of the 4?
Do not apply literal translations of 1000 year old texts to today's world. Keeping 4 wives a 1000 years ago can be understood, but there is absolutely no reason today. Stop trying to push us back a 1000 years when science can help you in all fields.
