And broadcast it live on entertainment channels... And put expensive ticket for the show, and put Business lounge.. And sell sponsorship rights to Roman media for promoting it as ancient Roman culture. And organize bettings for the odds of man winning against lions
And what if the man rapes the lioness in this live telecast................?

And then the broadcasting would only be on the paid channels which might be banned in India but not in Rome :)

Capital should have been obsolete in any civilized society. Why not we move technically, maybe like removing the organs and chemical production that cause provocation in the culprit?

Again, the current punishments are adequate. The problem is implementation. Since hardly, anyone gets convicted rapes, molestation are on rise. The rape conviction rate in India is less than 1 %.If you can spend some money that probability becomes almost nil. So anyone can rape in India without fear of conviction. It is not the punishement, but surety that there can be no conviction that makes people commit crime. Also, woman have started crying rape in all situations where it is not correct. Ex (1) Madhur bhandar case. How was that a rape. We all know it was with consent. (2) Now a days woman have sexual relationship with men, and when men do not agree to marry they claim rape. Such cases are more than the genuine cases. And that is why it looks like law is not working. First woman folk must do introspection. In India, the great culture we have woman have been treated like Bahu, Maa but never raped.

Yes agreeing. But in most cases medical science can validate the claims perfectly. But now the new issue will be how to implement and prevent manipulation of the system, interestingly every criminal escapes with the same shield!

Islamic law is strict but it is higly illogical as far as rape is concerned. The resason, under shariah one can only be convicted of rape if there are 3 male witnesses to the rape. Now there never are 3 witnesses, because if indeed there are then those 3 people also become co rapist logically(else what were they watching a live porn?). So you never get a rape conviction. Look at Saudi Arabia, recently a rape victim was instead punished because rape could not be proven, secondly since she claimed rape it meant she agreed to being in presence of male strangers. She was given 50 lashes for the latter. That is the great islamic law.

If you look at the story from the point of view of a victim you might disagree. But you might find ingenuity if you analyze it from the perspective of a Judge.
If a rape is committed, the woman should go and inform the police at her convenience (not after 3 months). Medical examination would prove the things and the culprit would be prosecuted.
If it a law in Saudi that women cannot go to men other than her brother, father or husband, a woman who alleges rape must explain how she was found in the company of men. If it is established that men broke into her house and did the crime, the culprit would be prosecuted.
It is not justified that a woman has a sexual relationship with someone and if the person doesn't agree to here blackmailing, then she alleges rape and the person is in trouble. This is a common kind of rape reporting in India
in other words we need islamic laws and code which has eradicated the rape in past and even today it is as effective as ever and evidences tell the truth..
islam promises a secure environment, implement it and you get the result.

Yes. Recently we have seen in Saudi Arabia, which follows strict Islamic laws, how a rape victim was sentenced to undergo 100 (or was it 200?) lashes. Very secure indeed.

Ha haaa...roaming with a male friend is a crime??? That is the silliness of Islamic law.

Well...I never expected Islamic laws and their supporters to be rational anyway...and my suspicions are only being confirmed.
