This is a purely emotional reaction. As agreed by eminent persons from Pakistan the evidence against Sarabjit is dubions. At least one of the witnesses has since taken back his testimony and cast doubt on the Police investigation of Sarabjit's case. Sarabjit's confession is dubious since the reason for his confession is unknown. It could be that he was told that after many years of being jailed he would be set free if he confessed. Confessions made under false pretences are not admissible as evidence.

Yes but is there any way that india can prove that Sarabjit was forced for his confession?U accepted that it is a emotional reaction so court don't listen to emotions they want evidence. there was no witness who tookback his testimoney according to GEO NEWS.

I AM INDIAN BUT IF THESE LINES ARE TRUE (Khalid Mehmood innocent pakistani cricket lover touchered by Indian Police and Secret agencies. He was tourced badly in indian jails according to the Pakistani Media they cuthis tongue/ give him electric shots/never let him take a shower )
I WILL SAY ONLY ONE THING INDIAN POLICE ABUSE INNOCENTS OR MUSLIMS SO THEY ARE ROOT CAUSE OF TERRORISM IN INDIA
INDIAN POLICE NOT PROTECTING INDIA BUT CREATING TERRORISTS BY ABUSING INNOCENTS WHO LATER BECOME TERRORISTS AND KILL US COMMON PEOPLE
Instead of abusing each other, citizens both countries should try for a fair and unbiased / unprejudiced invesigation, and then if sarabjit is found to be guilty, then pakistan should do what the law demands
TWO important issues in Sarabjit's case" 1) Identity - the Pak police are after one Manjit Singh who is linked, in their file, to the train explosions that killed 14 people. Sarabjit says, he never used that name in Pak or in India 2) Detailed examination of Sarabjit's defence - it seems the Pak courts did not give adequate weight to his defence.
Ansar Burney came to India, met the relevant people, like Sarabjit's family, examined the family's photos and other evidence to confirm Sarabjit's defence. Mr. Burney is an intelligent man, he wd not have taken up the case without checking it out for himself. Benefit of the doubt should be given to Sarabjit - at least to reduce his death sentence to life imprisonment. He has already spent, I read, 17 years in a miserable Pak. jail. Now in Afzal Guru's case there is no such issues as to identity or whether he was part of the team that attacked India's Parliament. The Indian S.Ct has gone into the matter thoroughly. What complicated Sarabjit's case are two events: On being released Kashmiri Singh said he was an Indian agent in Pak. For some reason the media in Pak said their govt., has been fooled. Kashmiri Singh served nearly 30 years in jail, I think. A good punishemnet for a spy. Second, a Pakistani person, who disappeared after coming to see cricket match here was caught and jailed. Unfortunately, he died in an Indian jail. It is not alleged that he died because of ill-treatment. But the Pak. media have played this up.
I'm actually grateful to these Paki talibs.(BTW, Talib means someone who is studying, plural is Taliban - we all know what that means). Their vent to their innermost feelings demolishes the secular media-engineered nonsense that "the average Pakistani desires peace and amity with India; it is only the generals and mullahs who keep the anti-Indian sentiments alive." Well, my foot! The Paki taliban's feelings towards an Indian shows the depths of their hatred towards us. So let us junk this silly myth of "pece and friendship" with these people across the border and open our eyes to the fact that this artificial state is, and will remain our implacable enemy, till it exists. And yes, we want to see Afzal hang at the Ramlila grounds, and celebrate! Jaganniwas Iyer

Pakistan already has hundreds of IIT's - Islamic Institutes of Terrorism. So it is far ahead of India in this regard.

I have seen a news paper report two days back that if the present global food situation continues, about 50% of Pak population will go hungry every day very shortly. So muchfor the progress in that country!
If the mullahs have their way, Pak also would end up as another Afghanistan in the near future.

Jealousy is another name for failure. People who are little wise read science fiction. One's who are not so wise read spiritual fiction. The most mediocre and corrupt countries of the world are the Islamic countries. Every developed country in the world is 'secular'.
paki students demonstrations have just proved that there should be no peace dialogues with pak as youth is the future of any nation, and i think that by this demonstration we should now come to know that paki people are filled with hatred towards india. the world knows that sarabjit is innocent. our politicians are the main culprits. i say to pakistanis- do whatever u want send terrorists or hang our innocent brothers but but but only till these corrupt ,unpatriotic leaders are ruling india. if one day any daring, patriotic or any leader who feels for his country cause comes to power then we will take revenge blood by blood in the names of all our brothers that u have killed in all wars, 65,71,kargil,48 and those innocent children and sisters killed in terrorists attacks till now.we will even get POK BACK. or i give them the choice. give up everything. give POK back, hand over the terrorists shake hands with us. we will bring unprecedented prosperity to ur country. u will not be dependent on any one

Dear Prateek, Seems to me thorha patience chahiye...as U know Islam is the ONLY religion which is meant for it's own destruction, that's the ONLY good thing about this Madness. Pak was the creation of Mohammed Gandhi to make India bleed forever. And Animal Nehru reinstated that by creating Kashmir problem. What we need is here is Narendra Modi, if he becomes the PM, U would see dramatic improvements....so my all desi friends start the movement to make that happen, and save the Sanatansthan.
