This is a purely emotional reaction. As agreed by eminent persons from Pakistan the evidence against Sarabjit is dubions. At least one of the witnesses has since taken back his testimony and cast doubt on the Police investigation of Sarabjit's case. Sarabjit's confession is dubious since the reason for his confession is unknown. It could be that he was told that after many years of being jailed he would be set free if he confessed. Confessions made under false pretences are not admissible as evidence.
