On one hand they want to eliminate this barrier between the castes/ religions and on the other hand they themselves make discriminating laws. I wish rather than caste they would have put aside some seats for students from lower income families
Since we have reservation in railways, it is high time that there be reservation for IIT/IIMs etc. Also, India should have 15% reservation at UN, WTO, world bank, IMF, Olympics and international space station. We should pass a resolution to that effect in parliament.

Being a priest is a private activity. Govt jobs are something different. There are many temples where non-brahmins are priests. Open your eyes and see. Do some research. There is a world of difference between private activities and Govt ones. We have been hearing this nonsense for years. In any case, dravidians don't believe in god so why the hell should you bother as to who is a priest or not?

Having separate cups for Dalits in tea-shops is also a private activity. Not allowing Dalits inside temples is also a private activity (happened in Orissa recently). To ensure that such private activities do not take place in the future, government activity is done, primarily by giving Dalits government jobs.
Most of the non-Brahmin priests are either out of work or facing opposition from the Brahmins.

These crook doctors are protesting a decision which has been made by the highest court in the land. Also, the reservation was approved by parliament unanimously. It clearly means that such rogue elements of our society are guided by their vested interests. Government must take harsh action against such anti national people.

u knw wat yur problem is u can't see at yurself without pity..u r living in an inferiority complex of being lower caste, fyi..if u ever had the motivation to make it big, it wudnt have mattered wat u r...so get out of the self pity, and start working instead of depending on the perks the government throws at people like you for votes. I have freinds from backward classes who refused to take the "perks" and are doing superb in life..and they cud do it coz they didn't sulk in self pity...

There are so many unanimnous decisions passed by the parliament, unanimity of a decision passed by the parliament does not give sanctity to anything, as to the SC, even it can err in making judgements, ok? What the students were doing was a protest against the decision which is allowed in any democratic set-up, it was by no means illegal. You seem to be one of that spineless so-called Backward community member, who just cant take creamy layer-exclusion in your stride. Sorry for that mate but this reservation wont last long, there are so many ways to uplift the so-called backwards but reservation is certainly the most divisive and heinous of it all

dude wat supremacy u toking about...can we for once get out of post independence era and move on...go to villages in bengal and orrisa and u will see upper caste lower caste starving to death..how many kids u find making into IIT/IIM without spending thousands of bucks in coaching. If they can spend in coaching why can't they compete in equal playing fields. If some1 can't afford education, pay for them. But why reserve??
if goverment is not doing any thing which i mentioned below,start some massive NGO which should help to the poor and needy for education and jobs across all the sectors of the community with motto of encouraging forward caste,backward people and discourage backward caste forward people for using any type of social reservations.

here are some solution for reservation issue. 1.start re classifying the reservations. this time consider other religions also,think about poor muslims,christians, and brahmins.include state basis.cosider some reservations on village and urban basis,so massive migration to the urban will decrease,otherwise villager who has limited resource never able to compete with his city counter part. 2.a person should able to use reservation once or maximum twice,once we gave reservation he should able to go next level by him self,we shall not push him in every step and stop some one running without any push.this also enable same caste another fellow can utilise that option. 3.when ever country is providing reservation to some one,coutry has every right to ask them to pay back,so make them sign the bond for some years of service. 4.classify top class 20 institues and jobs,one should enter into that only through pure merit.we have to provide basic house to the home less,if he wants to stay in star hotel he has to work on his own. 5.classify top class 20 jobs both in goverment and private sectors,(let us say earning more than 1 lak per month in private sector) cancel all the reservation with immeadiate effect.there is no justise to provide his any reservation. 6.by all means reservation shall not exceed more than 33 percent. i am not against to anyone who is utilising it.if u are not convinced with this close your eyes and think about a person from upper caste ,poor and 3times
