hai every1 this dipute is prevailing before my father was born.this is right,that what india has done to the people of nepal,rest of neighbouring countries have never done and has ho gutts to do.giving jobs,facilities for kins and many more.hence,i think both the parts should have feeling of respect and love.

its high time the nepalese are asked to leave india. we don't need them here.most of them come here as security gaurds and then become drivers and then settle down with their family and behave as though they own the place. It's high time we kicked them out. let them live with their leader Prachanda and see how it feels to live in a communist country.
The Treaty was another historic blunder of Nehru, who gave away India to the Nepalese for nothing. Nepalese can come to India, get jobs even in the government and in the military forces, get elected to central and state parliaments, panchayets and even demand seperate state, as they are now doing in west Bengal by shutting up the whole district of Darjeeling. However, India need to get permission to buy property or to get a job. The discriminations against the people of Indian origin is very high in Nepal. Nepalese have taken over Sikkim where the original people Lepchas and Bhutias are in a minority today. All Nepalese should be decalred as Foreigners, and they should be in the government or in any elected post. They are not allowed to do strike to demand seperate states. Their rights in India should be restricted as they are foreigners.

mr bose first of all would like to recallu abt the past. for your kind information the places like darjaling ,nainital ,sikkim,kalingpong n etc these were nepalese land in the past.during the sugauli treaty welost them.so u can never say that nepalese have setelled a whole district of darjaleeling coz they were once nepalese.though the territory differintiated darjeeling n nepal but the people wholived there were nepalese n still are nepalese. another thing what i wouldlike to tell u is that ,darjeeling n sikkim of which u r very proud of are not yours infact,they were won by the british not the indians.so u would not b very proud of them coz they r just gifts for u by british,nothing of your own. india is a sovereign country n so is nepal.india is a very big country,so try to behave well with small countries.yur size is big doesnotmean u can do anything to a small country.we have our dignity,soplz respect us. at last i would like to talk about the land that india captured twomonths back.yes ,im talking abt tthe 'susta' vdc which u have captured.tellme onething,india itself is a very big country,why do u need our land,u have so many fertile land then why do u set yur vulture eye in our land??cant u satisfy with what u have??

Nepal has occupied areas within India, Darjeeling, Kumaun, Garwal, Kangra valley, parts of Terai but were driven out both by the British and Ranjit Singh. Temporary occupations of one country's territory by another does not give the right of the occupiers to reclaim those lands again in future: that is what the Nepalese are doing in India. In that case areas 5 miles north of Kathmandu was occupied by China, after Nepal invaded Tibet. Thus, Nepal has to give up all these areas to China, if Nepal now claims Darjeeling , Sikkim and other areas within India. Nepalese are Nepalese, they cannot come to India by millions and demand every rights of the Indian citizens when they continuously harass Indians in Nepal.

India should be strict this time. Enough of this being taken for a ride. We have been nice to our neighbouring nations such as Nepal and Bangladesh out of consideration of their weak economies but we end up being taken advantage of. Let us not give anything away to them anymore.
Under the treaty, people living in both countries could freely travel across the border for employment and reside in either place.
