If we ask for clemency for Sarabjit Singh, what guarantee that PAK will not similar exchange from India. India is having hardcore pakistanis in our prison ready to be hanged, but it is still hanging. (if it amounts to exchange it would become costly to India). Is it justified to intervene in the affairs of other country. If a person is proved guilty he/she should be punished.

I agree with you 100 % that ANY criminal, irrespective of his religion, nationalism or cast, should be punished as per the applicable laws WITHOUT any mercy!
I feel that India should intervene in Sarabjit's case ONLY if India believes that he was not behind the 1990 Lahore bomb blasts.. Otherwise it is shame on India's part to intervene in the affairs of another country.

While espionage is an accepted aspect of International politics, terrorism is not! the dividing line between them may seem slim, but it definitely exists! In a quid pro quo gesture, if a Paki spy is released, it is fine, but not a terrorist.

Modi made it a political issue and Advani is doing the same.. They do not care anything about sarabjit but they want to get more votes. It is better for BJP if Sarabjit get hanged before elections. They can use his dead body for votes... Advani wakes up every day praying that Sarabjit be hanged so that he can become the next PM.

Correct.Modi is the most sincere politician.Most others are licking cut organs.
sometime I wonder as to how the Government in a democracy functions..whenever, there is a problem of an Indian (or Indians) in any other country, the Government of India (irrespective of any ruling political party), take up the matter at the highest level to help them, bring them back free of cost, shelter them, feed them, cajol them etc. (eg. during Iraq war, gulf war, violance against ethenic Indians, sri lanka problem, abduction of a couple of truck drivers in gulf, etc.) and show their integrity, loyaltiy etc. towards the nationals. Whilst, this being the case, there are so many innocent people getting killed within India in the name of many political vendetas, and actions by the Government and Netas (Nandigram, Kannur, MNS, Gujarat, etc.) and the law and order machinery, judiciary and legislature go very slow on these on investigations, chargesheets, arguments, judgements etc. A Government which is not bothered or acting towards saving/protecting innocent people within the Country, or not taking disciplinary actions against the Politicans who create rifts between communities, religions, caste etc.are not worthy enough in taking up any matter with other country(s) in the name of India/Indians. Any action by the government released through the media is an eye wash or with a motive behind, towarding creating a vote bank for the next election.
speaking on others is very easy, but what you and me are duing to opose injustice by the politiitians, we are doing nothing then we have no right to speak on that. Offcourse they are terorist but have you ever protested to stop there injustice in singur project or whatever u said.If you your self rach that position you will do the same. Because we all humanbeing are terorist after achiving position. We have to improve our self everything will change automaticaly for you.

you made a point, I agree with you. However, I was particularly mentioning about the law and order, judiciary mechanisms of our country...had they been doing their bit of job faster than what they are, half of our problems would get solved.

Allah should only grant your wish...please meet with Him (Allah) personally and request/plead.
Sarabjit as it appears in the news that a fresh black warrant has been issued to jail authorities to execute his hanging on the 1st of May. If it is so, it%u2019s going to be black day in the name of justice. Let our Prime Minister should appeal to his counterpart there in Pakistan to reconsider his case on merit & cancel his black warrant & return him to his home on the very merit of his case for his misidentification & is in jail for over 17years or so otherwise people will loose faith in justice! Let us wait & watch as what is in God's will!
