Severe punishments builds better World
by Jason Bourne on Apr 11, 2008 08:56 PM  Permalink

Indian PEnal Code is considered to to be one of the weakest Penalty systems, pratically it has failed too. For example, Sanjay Dutt, is roaming like a free man though a Jugde convicted him for 6 years of RI. Leave it, the guy wo attacked Parliament, his clemency is pending indefinitely with Home Ministry. Punishments are not going to undo the crimes commited, but can set an example for future criminals. UPA wants to blow terrorist like Afzal? Let Sonia and MMS do it, not on behalf of our people. Within a limited period of time, the verdict should be announced and the execution should be done in public avoiding children and women(weak, pregnant, ill) visualizing it. These strict punishment should warn those Jihadis severely that before reaching The Orgy Heaven (72 virgins), they'll decried on Earth and people must curse them in the name of Satan(Allah). And, Quran should be revised by replacing such incidents rather than the bull shit that Mohammad balabbered while on drugs.

Why are the Commies defending the SIMI terrorists
by Piyush Bhargava on Apr 11, 2008 07:16 PM  Permalink

The commies in a press conference have said that the police are harrasing SIMI activists and term the activists as innocent. It seems that the commies have a tie up with the SIMI activists for anti National and terrorist activties. The police should probe the role of the commies also.

State Sponsored terrorism
by John dicosta on Apr 11, 2008 05:58 PM  Permalink

I think State sponsored terrorism is any day better than private terrorism.
State sponsored terrorism comes with lisence and justification.
Just remove the words and study the impact. You would come to know who benifits out of these exercises....

SIMI Activists in other states.
by Tejen on Apr 11, 2008 03:51 PM  Permalink

MP has a BJP government, hence they could take prompt actions to get hold of SIMI activists easily.

What about the other states ruled by UPA where these SIMI terrorists are roaming freely and indulged in anti national activits. Why no action being taken against them.

Furthermore, if they are involved in terrorist activities in a BJP ruled state like MP, just imagine the depth of anti national activities in other communally sensitive states like UP, MS, Karnataka and WB?

High time to eliminate this poisonous weed challenging the integrity of nation.

That is a very good news. Btw let all the frustrated muslims in India (only those who are uncomfortable in India) should go and settle in those countries.
