Severe punishments builds better World
by Jason Bourne on Apr 11, 2008 08:56 PM

Indian PEnal Code is considered to to be one of the weakest Penalty systems, pratically it has failed too. For example, Sanjay Dutt, is roaming like a free man though a Jugde convicted him for 6 years of RI. Leave it, the guy wo attacked Parliament, his clemency is pending indefinitely with Home Ministry. Punishments are not going to undo the crimes commited, but can set an example for future criminals. UPA wants to blow terrorist like Afzal? Let Sonia and MMS do it, not on behalf of our people. Within a limited period of time, the verdict should be announced and the execution should be done in public avoiding children and women(weak, pregnant, ill) visualizing it. These strict punishment should warn those Jihadis severely that before reaching The Orgy Heaven (72 virgins), they'll decried on Earth and people must curse them in the name of Satan(Allah). And, Quran should be revised by replacing such incidents rather than the bull shit that Mohammad balabbered while on drugs.
