Hence it is imperative to maintain cultural aka caste diversity in all temples in India.
Government of India should implement 'reservations' in all Indian temples as per the 'caste' census in India.
1. 52% of all temple staff including Pujaris should be from OBC communities. 2. 29% temple staff including Pujaris should be from Dalits and Tribals. 3. Remaining all temple staff including Pujaris should be from other castes.

Give 100% reservation for OBC communities in all the temples for the post of Pujari. You only go to temples and you only pray god.
What you fellows know? Can you atleast do Sandhyavandanam regulary. Can you spell the sanskrit Slokas properly? What for Bramhins? What they will do? If every thing is done by OBC community.
As you have rightly said India is Democaratic and not Meritocratic. There are many merit students in Upper class also, but because of this bull shit reservations the country is unable to make use of their services.
Just think man, put your caste aside, all your feelings aside.

50% politicians should also be from OBC and kickout Arjun Singh and Sonia Gandhi from congress party. The Brahmins of CPM yechuri,bhattacharya and Mukharjees should be kicked out.

These are the basic questions asked,for which we have to change our constitution to get equality treatment if needed. 1.How minority institution can be excuded from this reservation? are they running religious course or pure professional course? 2.Why total censes is not doen to identify the economic and social backward ness of a perticular caste people. 3.What is the mechanisum provided to eliminate the son of the reservation befineted from getting ones again the reservation?( Cremy layer difination is not proper) 4.On what basis and duration is 27 percent will be revived and changed? not it is endless? 5. Why cremy layer is not exculed from SC/ST rerervations? 6.How country take care the down thrown from other so called upper caste?
I think only solution present constituion proves to solve this problem is to increase the population of upper caste by producing more votable population and demand reservation!

Well said, produce more children and donate one child to the cause of so called forward community. Rajputs led by Arjun Singh are not competent enough. Person from some other caste should take initiative. The constitution which required 93 amendments in 60 yrs with social injustice still running, should be rewritten.

You uppper caste people are minority. DO not think you can compete in population like us. Our Imams especially told us to have more so that we can make sure we take back our rights. we won this land and ruled before evil British cheated us, and we will rule again by our numbers shortly. No BJP, no Brahmins, no Christians. Rest of Hindus will come to Islam once they realize the true path and there are no Brahmins to interfere.

definitely. I have seen instances in my school where people were busy filling application forms to convert their caste from brahmin to obc. I wondered why then. Now i know why.
Will the reservation be available in IIM's proposed centers outside INDIA.? if yes wats wud be the criteria to decide on reservatons ? Can somebody explain ?
