These are the basic questions asked,for which we have to change our constitution to get equality treatment if needed. 1.How minority institution can be excuded from this reservation? are they running religious course or pure professional course? 2.Why total censes is not doen to identify the economic and social backward ness of a perticular caste people. 3.What is the mechanisum provided to eliminate the son of the reservation befineted from getting ones again the reservation?( Cremy layer difination is not proper) 4.On what basis and duration is 27 percent will be revived and changed? not it is endless? 5. Why cremy layer is not exculed from SC/ST rerervations? 6.How country take care the down thrown from other so called upper caste?
I think only solution present constituion proves to solve this problem is to increase the population of upper caste by producing more votable population and demand reservation!
